I have booked complaint in acer india on 30/12/2023 for "no display" complain in my new laptop A715-76G (purchased on 07/10/23) and has been given case ID 5466921i.But next day the case status showing "migrated" in acer site. I sent an email to acer customer care as none is attending my laptop and as a result a new caseID M5466921C was given. On 04/01/2024 acer engineer came and checked my laptop and declared the motherboard problem. Since then no further action from acer till date and my laptop lying dead. I phoned several times to attending acer service centre and every time they assured the problem will be attended within a week but no action in actual. It has been long 20 days that my laptop lying dead and unattended.
