My airtel number [protected] from delhi circle. I am unable to make outgoing calls in roaming and i've called customer care ref. No. Is cogcl[protected] registered on 07-nov-2017, ref. No. Is cogcl[protected] registered on 07-nov-2017, ref. No. Is cogcl[protected] registered on 08-nov-2017 but still the issue has not been resolved. It is high time to take necessary action against these big names who don't give importance to their customers...

It's been more than 4 days sms services have been stopped for my mobile after converting to 4g services. I've been calling to the customer care daily but they taking every day a new complaint and not resolving the issue. Even though i visited airtel store the purpose is not solved. It's been very pathetic services. I want to escalate the issue at next level...

Last 2 days my airtel incoming calls and messages are not coming... i dont know what happend too the airtel... no customer support i am suffering from a serious issue i am unable to take calls nd customer support not taking it seriously i dont where should i go for the help... they are giving me problems for these type of issue...

I have to submit that I recharged my pre-paid Airtel Mob No. [protected] for Rs.200/- on 10.11.2017. Airtel without any notice deducted Rs.125/- the same day messaging that two services namely; Gaanakhazana, Funstore1, have activated. Another Rs.60/- was deducted on 11.11.2017 for Adofgames. I never ordered for these services. I called their representative at 121 customer Care number on 11.11.2017 and the attending lady admitted their mistake...

Topdoctorsonline service activated on my airtel # [protected] without my consent on 13th nov 2017 and deducted rs 49/-.

Please deactivate it and credit rs 49 back into my account.

Please assist in resolving this. If i reply to the activation message i will be charged again. Airtel should not activate any services without my prior consent.

I purchased a #500 naira Airtel airtime on 31/10/17 but it was damaged due to overscratching and I lodged the complaint several times but not responded..Please I demand a response with an immediate effect...

The worst network i have ever experienced in my life.
I spent my 500rs. To port on airtel considering it is a good company.
The worst 3 months of my life always network unavailable and trust me internet speed less than 2g. Always waiting and restarting my phone for signals.

Please respond to this complaint and i will surely get my money back otherwise will complain higher and fine the company massively remember...

I am having problem with receiving any kind of messages like balance enquiry, atm withdrawal, internet banking messages, otp messages, irctc tickets, even airtel otp etc on my mob no. (+91-[protected]) from 11 nov'17. I am really frustrated even after contacting customer care they couldn't figure it out what exactly is the issue. Kindly resolve asap....

I have been using my prepaid airtel sim for more than 6 years now. It has been almost 2 years since I have upgraded it to 4g.
For the past 4-5 months, I have been recharging using the 'My Airel' mobile application. The app offers me 28 days of free calls and 1GB 4G data per day for Rs.349.
I noticed that for other customers (my friends), there was a better offer of Rs.399 which offered 84/70 days free calls and 1GB 4G data...

I am unable to recharge my prepaid number [protected]. I tried through paytm.. Airtel.in and also retailer. Always getting failed status. Kindly resolve this issue. I purchased a vanity number at airtel store. Vanity number cost was rs 2500 but i was given 90% discount. I paid remaining 10% cash on the spot which was rs 250. I was lost my airtel sim card on 10th of november and next day i was purchased one new sim card at sri shakthi infocom-airtel express, urappakam.
They charged 50rs for new sim card and i request a bill for the same cost. But they denied to provide for sim card purchase. The new sim card pack also not mention the prize. So kindly confirm the prize of the sim card....

It is not intended to airtel as a company. A person named shubvham (Probably fake) from airtel customer care was handling the case of my number porting has started the process but is not delivering the sim in my given adress. He has taken all the documents and my existing service provider is going to disconnect the connection any moment now.
