On 8th feb, I visited airtel habsiguda store to transfer my connection from postpaid to prepaid. I was asked to make the remaining bill payment of postpaid INR 1047 and I cleared the dues. I was searching to change my prepaid to postpaid on app they said that our representative will contact you for kyc and other details but they it without my confirmation, I had nearly 2500/- in my account from which they are telling to adjust only 600/- in 6 months,

I am in Qatar, i am using the Airtel Sim ([protected]) with Internation roaming package. Suddently it is stopped the network and shows no service. But while checking in the Airtel App it shows that the package still valid . Please resolve the issue....

This is regarding failed transaction on Airtel wallet. I have recharged my Airtel wallet twice on 16th Feb 2022 for amount of Rs 230 (total amount=460) the amount deducted from my bank account but not credited in my Airtel wallet. I checked with my bank & confirmed that that the payment is sent to Airtel.
I wrote this concern to Airtel team & request to solve the issue to get my money but they have not responded me...

My sim stopped from last Thursday.sim is inserted in mobile, but sim card management shows there is no sim in your mobile currently I am uae, my sim validity is until next year

Sir, yesterday i replaced my sim due to network error without any pre-notification.i went to the airtel store to replace the sim, they have charged me 150 rs and have failed to provide me a reciept....

The amount was selected by me by mistake as I did not realise that the plan only provided ISD roaming and not outgoing ISD calls.

I then recharged my number with the correct amount. Request you to please refund the amount and deactivate the ISD plan as it is not being used....

Paid electricity bill
On 7th of March via airtel thanks app utility bill payment and While Paying using Airtel Thanks App the Transaction was successful. My bank has confirmed that the Amount has been paid to Airtel BUT Airtel has not paid YET to the supplier so the bill is still outstanding on my TNEB account....
