I had ported my mobile no. [protected] from idea (Bengal) to airtel (Telangana) on 8.8.17.

On 9.8.17 i went to airtel showroom, bapuji nagar, bowenpally, hyderabad for recharging to have some “talktime”. I was told to pay rs. 144/- but i would not get any talk time out of this rs. 144. We and our guest (Indian and foreigner) whom having airtel connection are facing problem of network connectivity problems. We have complaint to local office of airtel many times since 02 years but nobody is taking it seriously. We have more than 100 users of airtel.

My mobile number is [protected]. I did not get single network signal inside my flat. Out side my flat i am getting full signal.

I think network boosters required in my inside flat.

I have raised 25 complaints in last 2 months for same issue still my issue was not resolved.

Some of the complaint numbers are 76681887, 76795144, 76932215, 77150852, 77382803 and finally new ticket...

I am facing network issue from last one month and for your information i'm recharging every month around rs.345or 349/- for 28days which offers unlimited call to any mobile & 1gb data/ per day.
This time i recharge with 399 which was showing in my best offer that is 84 days unlimited call to any mobile & 1gb data/ per day.
But now its showing expire on 17aug2017 which is with in 20 days only and also network cells...

Rs399. 00 recharge done for 1gb 4g data for 84 days but wrongly done for 28 days with 1.25gb per day. Place correct.

The service provider offered me the product of the airtel prepaid recharge for rs399. 00 with 1gb per day for 84 days.

On my recharge of rs399. 00 it has done it with 28 days with 1.25gb for 4g.

Also they have earlier charged wrongly to my family whom i have been sharing with my...

Company say free 4g sim upgrade, but airtel retaler charge Rs.50/- per sim for updation..
Is it right or wrong.

If it is right then stop this fake advertisement "free 4G sim upgrade on your nearest airtel retaler".

Airtel mobile company is not providing a 4g service in my area as i call the customer service they always reply diffrent excuse such as work is going on a network u cant use a 4g service but in an advertising they show that the coverage is ther in a kerala jungle and himalyan mountain they all are fake they are making us a fool please take an action...

Therefore i would like to request to issue a duplicate sim containing the same number. Kindly block my lost sim card and to issue a duplicate prepaid sim card as soon as possible.

Hello airtel i have done a mistake can u plz help me... I am complaining about my airtel digital tv connection. I have already complained about it telophicanlly from last 3 days still the problem is bot resolved. I want this problem to be solved by tomorrow else i request you to discontinue my connection and refund of the remaining balance recharged will be given to me if you are not able to solve the problems of your customer timely....

No 4G network in Bhubaneswar laxmisagar, near jharpada jail.wasted Rs 244.If I get it back it will be helpful. I have recharged with Rs244.But no internet connection.Opening Google also it is taking 20 Minutes. it is too slow.This the first time I am using Airtel Internet and I have such a bad experience in smart city bhubaneswar.
