I have been facing a network issue from last week, people trying to call me, even i am beside the airtel network tower, they are not able to connect to me. When i tried to call customer care executive i couldn’t even able to reach him through ivr it is not at all giving an option to talk to the customer care executive what is the fun here we people using your networks we paying you and you people don’t have a concern about your customers...

Dear airtel,
I have just brought your sim card 2 months ago and it was working smoothly, i bought 1gb data for 28 days and everything was good.
But on august 5th i tried to buy a data pack for rs 198, 1gb per day 4g, 3g, 2g data for 28 days by using ussd and they accepted, but i did not receive my data pack and deducted rs 198 from my account.

I have received call from Airtel regarding upgrade from 2MBPS To 4 MPBS on 14.07.2017 and approved ok.

Till date i am just following up with Taking to Gaurav khosla who is incharge to upgrade. I have send several mails to him but no no reply from him and he is ready to cancel request. I do not know why Airtel called me for this....

I did not use my phone for downloads nor for updating apps and i deserve to know why i should be the victim of such unfair practices by your company. Recently i recharged for 549/- which stated free incoming n out going + 2gb/day internet for 28 days. Aft few days i noticed net charges r being deducted from my main internet account n not from the 549 pack offer.
When i checked with customercare she said it's for 4g handset n 4g sim while no where it was mentioned as 4sim in ur recharge options.
Sending u 2 pics which clearly shows it's not mentioned as 4g sim.

But last two days net is not working properly we received speed 2g net work.

We have using this sim for business purposes due to networking problem we have losses of my business.

But after my recharge i was charged for the landline which i have called from my main balance. It was never mentioned in the plan details that the charge will applied in case...

I am having very bad Calling problem at my home . I have been trying to complain regarding this to airtel many times, But i m not getting proper response from Coustomer care airtel.They r just closing complaints by showing any type of Solutions. I have filed a complaint with the airtel store for replacement of[protected]. Airtel telecom store has received 100 rupees for any receipt and has been contacted by airtel telecom for the first time to get the sim card activated. To call back krna. Store, there is no action against liar. Mai the airtel company does not satisfy it. I do not know any type of customer from the market....

Sir i wished to link my adhaar card with my mobile no.[protected]. I sent a xerox copy of my adhaar card together with the original for verification at the airtel outlet at burdwan road, alipore, kolkata 700027 at 12 noon on 7th august 2017. I am 76years old lady. Your agent at the outlet refused to accept the copy and demanded that i go there personally to "give my finger prints". Even nationalised banks accept self certified xerox copies...

I have lost my phone today along with sim card.

I have an airtel broadband / landline installed at my residence for the last 10 years. The bill plan for this has been the same for a decade. One fine day your sim card got deactivated for no reason. When i checked with the local store they said it could be a sim fault (In a lethargic way). I asked them the procedures but they denied to help me out since the sim was under my wife name. Hence i gave my marriage certificate since my wife is in hospital for delivery. However, this sim has access to all my bank accounts and office vpn. Then a gentlemen helped me with a new sim to activate....

I got the call from airtel cc (Customer care) to get the new modem and cc informed you will get 40 mbps speed (They did not inform about the speed will differ as per distance). I agreed to take a new connection. Respected sir/mam,
I already requested through call centre 121 two times to disconnect my bb connection in last month & customer care executive assured to disconnect. Even then, bill is came for this month also. Kindly disconnect my connection & relieve me from this torture. I can't pay money for this month. Already last month vacated flat.
