Dear modi ji,, airtel costumer care walo ko mene bola ki hamare yha par 3g network nhi aa rha h barish ke baad to wo bol rhe hai ki mobile switch off krke open kre kuch ka kuch jawab de rhe hai costumers se baat krne ka tarika aata nhi hamari complaint ka solution krne ke bajaye ulta jawab dete hai sir jese ki ham par eahsaan kar rhe hai vese bhi inka network bhut weak hai...

I am unable to receive the Signal from past 2 years @ home . I already many tickets but till date the issue is not solved . Worst Service experience from Airtel. You are not interested to solve this .

I have recharged rs 31 on 26th july 2017 for my mobile [protected] under the package of std calls at 30 ps per minute for 27 days to meet std calls from bangalore at concessional rate. But as the package did not meet my requirement (As mentioned in their web site) i requested airtel to cancel it and credit the amount to main account on 27th july 2017. But my request has not been accepted. I request airtel company to credit the recharge amount...

Sorry to say but airtel service has become the worst in the past a few months.

Was not in india for last 4 months and was not able to clear the dues but now i m back and already cleared all the dues pending still the representative in showroom at nasik is not responding.br...

I brought 2 settop boxes from airtel, which were purchased seperately from the connection (Not as a package), however airtel is asking me to return the set top box which i had purchased seperately. When i asked to close one connection. If it is airtel property why did i pay the entire amount and if you want to recover it pay back my money.

I requested to cancel my air tel postpaid no: mobile number [protected] on 11th of april 2017, i stopped my service on 1th of april 2017, i received bill for he month of march-april on 13th april 2017, i paid my bill through online on 30th april 2017 that was the my last bill. Now many person from airtel called and asked me your our standing bill pending 2 months. I received airtel messages also, one day fine one airtel guy called me i explained...

I changed my airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid and the prepaid sim was activated on 31/july/2017 using my aadhar. After 4hrs recharged by selecting the prepaid pack of rs349 with validity of 28 days using my credit card. Though the txn ([protected]) was successful and my credit card was debited my number is not recharged. Pls check.

This is to express my utter frustration as customer of airtel. I am sorry to state that the services of airtel mobility are going down every day and have been become pathetic.

I think in the race to get more customers they have got more than their capacity and now not able to manage their services so i request all my friends and known not to switch to airtel rather port their number away from them. I recharged...

Sir, my airtel 4g postpaid no is [protected] in the name of prasoon lata.. I had put an email on 22 june, 2017 for discoonection of my this 4g connection in chandigarh as i had to shift back to delhi in july.. I had not been using 4g pack any more.. N my 4g was not disconnected by your side.. Still i am constantly getting calls from airtel for the bill payments.. Inspite of sending email and informing for disconnection i have been receiving...

I applied for airtel broadband connection on 19th march, 2017 with 1700/- rs. (1000 for connection and 700 for instrument). They promised to install the connection in 48 & hours. After passing 48 hours i chased them they started making excuse up to 10 days and finally they informed connection can not be done due to technical issues. I was conveyed to fill the form online for refund of money. I did immediately online. They did not respond...

Since april-2017, every month i am raising my complaint to airtel customer care regarding wrong charges in my bill, which is internet charges and [protected]@99 charges. I got 10gb/month free internet offer since april-17 which is still valid. For [protected]@99, have called them many times since april-17 to deactivate the roaming charges service and customer care executive promised to do so but no use, every month both internet and roaming charges...

I received airtel postpaid connection (Mob no:[protected]with 7 gb data at 4g speed.
From last three days i am facing problem with net speed. I was trying to download a video file of 3.2 mb size, and it took 3 minute to download it. Then i tried network speed on ookla (Which airtel proudly presents in their ads) it showing 8mbps speed on my network (Though it showing my server is in different place farer than 200 km).
