It has been 6 months i am having problem with 4G airtel but customer service people still giving fake promises and did rude behaviour.
No resolution and still seeking help

I have recharged with rs 899 on 23rd june, 2017 with benefits o[censored]nlimited all calls and 2gb data/day for 70 days.

Now after one month on 23rd july, 2017 the customer care told me that i have used the weekly quota of 1200 mins and so i can call again from 24th july, 2017.

I was not able to call on 24th july, so i called customer care again and this time they told that you have used your monthly...

Dear sir,
With various visit to the nearest gallery at borivali my network issue is not solved. This disappointing that you promise to be the best network provider which is not. I am facing the network issue in my handset nor the customer service people nor your gallery people are able to resolve is issue. Even after various calls the network department is not solved.
Kindly look into it urgently....

I recharged my this airtel no with rs549 on july 14, 2017 through paytm order no [protected] at 11.10am with wallet txn id [protected]. Although my calls became free but then my main previous balance on the airtel no was 29 which became zero saying that they have deducted the balance because of internet charges. Now for what have i recharged the phone with 549. Airtel is known for these emptying the balance type of activities. Please rectify...

I bought a duplicate sim for my number [protected] on 22nd july, 2017.
I was told that it will be activated after 4 hours but till now it has not been activated.
I went to the airtel store, they told that some request is pending from there side and by monday it will be activated. No action has been taken till now. I cant even call the airtel customer care to make a complaint since there are no signals. I have been using this...

I have registered for airtel secure plan for rs 49/- as monthly renewal plan to secure
My phone, if any physical damage happens to my phone unfortunately, then i can climb it, its been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of june
I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish....

I'm using nortel from long time, because of quality in service. But i'm loosing that hope.

I have paid thousands of rupees to the company as an internet recharge. From last few months since the launch of jio, there is a steep fall in internet prizes.
But airtel is still looting india.

Day before yesterday that is 22nd july 2017 in evening received call from unknown number and transfer 10000.00 to airtel money transaction id othpg[protected] airtelm by debit card from my sbi account sehore branch, he has my atm card number and wants to only cvv no. I had already 4-5 times complaint before a month in customer care regarding airtel mobile network, but no any reaction by airtel network team.
If airtel can't provide proper network, then why i pay the postpaid amount.

Hi i am sachin rathore, recently i have did a recharge transaction through airtel my money (Airtel app). But due user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
I have already message the same information to “59109” but i got respond “no keyword found”

One of the pathetic behavior i have ever faced till today. One of airtel customer care executive during the verification of new sim card abused me.
When i call back to airtel customer care one of lady staff told me that call can come from any number for verification, if that person has used such kind of language than file a complain in near by police station.
How it is possible that call can be from ant number she told me that,...

As i have complaint about my airtel bill issue, that airtel billed me around 62000 and they wre saying i have use data on international roaming but i was on wifi

As per i read the trai regulations
So they are telling service provider will not continue the service beyond credit limit and will notify if the customer is reaching 70-80-90% of credit limit.

So please look after my issue

In my airtel bill for the period: 20/06/2017 19/07/2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number:[protected] once. Details below:

But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraud in airtel's other customer complaints too. I guess its a fraud from the company....
