As i fadeup with airtel customer care services, they guys activa unknown service without given true information.
And bill is touch the sky..
After that i try so many time to talk seniors but they hv no time for customers.
After that i submitted bill but till time my sim is not activate, as bill is generated per month by my name but sim is deactivat......

2 recharges have been done consectively to the airtel number [protected] but money was not credited to the number as it was showing it is done.

Amount was 250 and 100 rs which is done on same day. 100rs recharge was done because 250 rs recharge was not done successfully. I am very disappointed about the services of airtel and they are day by day using such kind of frauds to customer to gain the profit and make fool of customerbr...

Initially i saw the connections getting dropeed frequently, now i am seeing its not detecting the network or ap itself
And the customer care does not seem to have a clue what it is and even the technical support have no clue what is the issue

I ha ve been paying for the period as it is post paid bill

Can anyone from airtel please look into the issue

Hi, my complaint is against airtel for my landline number[protected]. I have requested in month of aug for the unlimited calling of rs 99 and that they promised me that its activated, again later in the month of aug, i have given instruction to disconnect my number because of higher amount paid but later they promised to give me better plan with some benefits as :
1- 699 monthly plan
2- one month rent waiver 1
3- rs...

I have recharged my number with 345₹ for data services. It should give me 1gb per day. But on next day i continued with the previous day data pack. The data pack didn't renew for the day as it waswas planned. I have some urgent works to do but i am unable to use internet service. Yesterday i have used my internet and at the end of the day only 8mb was remaining. Why i still looking the same amount today. Please fix asap....

Airtel is not providing customer care number and connected to customer care.they made loop while we fail 198 or 121 there is some options repeated they are cheating .I did rc with 199. They told unlimited std local but not connecting to other customer care numbers like hero fin cop and kvb and lenovo...

Hi, i'm using airtel prepaid number [protected]. I did port conversion recently from bangalore to chennai network. Post which im unable to do recharge from any of the below modes, my airtel app, paytm, online recharge websites. I activated hello tunes and the amount got debited. But end user was not hearing the caller tune. I tried contacting customer care but no solution. So i deactivated the called tune. Please address these two issues.br...

Please close my no as one month back i have blocked outgoing due to misplace of sim... And i requested not to activate internet services. Now the customer agents said they will however did not deactivate yet... N idata was stolen too... Now i got my sim but i dont want to use and please close my number on urgently basis right now.

I recharged with 399 plan for 70 days but after 20 days it tells your offer is expired. I am trying to connect customer care it won't connect and also (198) complients not working with my number. Could you please help me otherwise i will place port my number. This problem is very much irritating me today i waste 2 hours time with this problem but now also it is not resolved...

Mar to april bill ok, april to may have doubt why charge 349 other charges than sms, 3 rd bill totally disappointed why because connection was bared first time after i asked un bar then not received payment u again bared my number ok, who asked to you unbar again with out my permission how can u unbar, its ok i[censored] unbar how can i know after secound time bar after that i did not used in my phone...

Everyone has this number and when they try connecting it's out of service. Do i have to go to the airtel centre or will it work out online?

I got robbed by airtel mobile company i was using their mobile app and it's keeps giving me notification to upgrade prepaid to post paid plan. I select the plan on the airtel app which was basic plan with 299 with 0.6gb (600mb) data free per month. I paid 400inr to airtel salesmen including security fees. Today my post paid plan activated but they didn't provide me.6gb data which was showing on the app. I also take the screen shot as proof...

Hi, this is sherin george from delhi having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile today evening, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

I called customer care and had activated international roaming in april 2017. I used wifi most of the time. I used to get messages that "free incoming calls, 500 mb data activated for no additional cost."

I have checked with airtel again when i went to us. I was told that my international roaming was activated and i should not be worried about anything.

In may i paid ~ rs. 9500.in june my bill has jumped to 13...
