I don't know what do you want from your customer. Every time i had requested that i was not able to use 4g services in my airtel no.[protected], but all the time your executive didn't respond to me politely. I think i had take a big mistake that i had choose airtel services. It is more than 1 month and 14 days still i had not able to use internet on my airtel number.

I will now port out my this and all airtel...

Fraud by airtel service center salesman

On 16th june i was changed my network from idea to airtel and there is a airtel service center islampur (Gurgaon) and the executive name is lokesh, he charged me 499rs. For frc amount & told me that after recharge you will get ul local + std calls & 1gb 4g data daily for 70days in 4g handset.
As i told him that i have only 3g handset so i cant avail that offer then he
Replied me that you cant avail the benefit of 1gb 4g data...

Billing - double recovery

I have made bill payment of one airtel datacard connection through airtel portal. Even after proof of my payment through my bank statement, airtel insisting on recovery and getting at least 4 disturbing phone calls for last 3 months, everyday.
Today of their own they communicated that i requested for deduction of the amount from my other a/c, thus they are fulfilling my request, which is a false statement....

Hi this is jayakumar, i've requested a new connection to airtel and there team came and collected the documents and installation charges, after a week they are telling that connection is not possible in your area. I have provided all details to the airtel service provider through biometric, we entered the hlr sim but after a week i checked in store the universal sim was activated. How come the universal sim was activated.

Two weeks back i move to bangalore, but using my hyderabad sim, when tried to recharge i got know the offer of 399 through ivr, so i have done recharge of 399 on my number [protected], but now i am unable to do call, when i enquired about this customer care ppl saying that your in bangalore it won't be work. It offered unlimited call and 70gb data for 70 days (1gb data/day).
But many times i got charged for calls, i shocked and called to customer care to know what is the reason.
She replied, "we have limit for all unlimited calling plans is 1200 min/week, after you will charge basis on normal calling plan till next week"br...
