I have Rs 229 to be refunded back to my account since I had disconnected my Broadband connection. But I regret to say that, it has not been processed for a month now and whenever I mail or call the Airtel customer care, I keep hearing different stories every time and no resolution has been provided to me yet even though I have shared my cancelled cheque. I wanted to port my bsnl no to airtel and so i had been to airtel office and they helped to complete the procedure and gave a new sim and 5 days later i got a msg from airtel that the no has been ported but when i insert the airtel sim it doesnot show any network and even the airtel office officials dont show any intrest.

I have been to the' AIRTEL Chattarpur store on 24/5/2017 and secured a sim card with no [protected]. After submitting myself to all the procedural checks I find my simcard is not activated. I requested for circle porting on 15/05/2017. I submitted photocopies of my proofs, both my permanent and local addresses were verified. Airtel store authority said that my sim will get ported within 7 working days, now it has been almost 2 weeks but I didn't git ported. And they gave me some Mobile number for contacting, its was switched off. Tried Calling to store from google but its a fake number, somebody has picked and its not airtel...

I never requested for any game on my mobile number [protected] (Airtel prepaid). But i frequently get message from ae-gmobil (Rs 5 have been charged for using game). Even when i sent stop request and got stop acknowledgement message also, but it again started charging daily by itself. Now i keep my phone off. But whenever i make it on, i get the same message again on that day. I am unable to use the phone.
Please resolve it urgently....

I recharge airtel mobile talktime on 23rd May 2017 of 111 rupees and after 2 days my balance was 4.95 rupees. I didn't call anyone and never used mobiledata for internet.

I received a message stating that I would be charged rs.10 for hello tune and 1st tune is free but I've been charged rs.20 ànd rs.5 respectively.
This is complete fraud, if you don't give me refund, I would post it on all social media ànd file a case on Airtel for misleading messages and fraud.
I'm attaching the screenshots as the proof....

I have been Rs.399 on 30.04.17 and it should valid for 56days and unlimited calls with 1gb data/day. Whereas I got msg saying that it's going to expire on 27.05.17 or only 28days. It's big cheat by big corporate like little never expected.

Pl respond on this immediately. Or else will be given complaint in the consumer court.

Its been 20 days and i have mailed 3 times on wecare.in but my problem didnt get resolved yet. Amount of 256rs which is debited from pnb bank account on 6th may 2017 and the same amount was not credited in my airtel wallet.
