Hi,

I have Rs 229 to be refunded back to my account since I had disconnected my Broadband connection. But I regret to say that, it has not been processed for a month now and whenever I mail or call the Airtel customer care, I keep hearing different stories every time and no resolution has been provided to me yet even though I have shared my cancelled cheque. PF Transfer Issue

I requested for circle porting on 15/05/2017. I submitted photocopies of my proofs, both my permanent and local addresses were verified. Airtel store authority said that my sim will get ported within 7 working days, now it has been almost 2 weeks but I didn't git ported. And they gave me some Mobile number for contacting, its was switched off. Tried Calling to store from google but its a fake number, somebody has picked and its not airtel...

Even when i sent stop request and got stop acknowledgement message also, but it again started charging daily by itself. Now i keep my phone off. But whenever i make it on, i get the same message again on that day. I am unable to use the phone.

Wrong Balance Deductions

Hellotune fraud and misleading sms

Amount of 256rs which is debited from pnb bank account on 6th may 2017 and the same amount was not credited in my airtel wallet.
