349 plan is not given to my number

I recharged for 349 but dint get 1 gb per day so I called customer care, they said that offer is not applicable to my number and they will raise the offer request and it will be activated i a week but even after a month also it's not activated
I called again after a month they tell the same thing that offer is not applicable to my number.
When everyone has got 349 offer I am not getting the same instead it's showing 799 offer...

is this a way to talk . Look into the matter orelse matter will be escalated to higher authority or DOT OR ministry of telecommunications.

i had paid 2400 through online payement on 30th march .but airtel broadband is not feasible in my area so we want our money back ..plz refund it as soon as possible at the same account through which we paid .our fixedline account no is [protected] and our installation order no is[protected] .

Stop all unwanted services

My number is [protected], i want to deactivate all unwanted services, which i activated today by mistake and i felt few services running from past.and please also cut all spam calls and sms.i received minimum 8-10 calls related to credit cards, insurance and clubs and for restaurants booking and same with sms daily got such type of messages.

I choose to write this e mail with absolute frustration after failure of repeated commitments by Airtel team for rectifying a problem in my fixed line & broad band connection. I am living in Chennai and took number in Chennai itself. However, it activated as TamilNadu circle. I tried to contact customer care / retail outlets to solve the issue, the solution they have given is remove this number and take Chennai number.

My question is.. why there are two circles for same state? If you are planning to provide any offers like (349 1GB per day/ 244 1GB 70 days) why you are so restricted to Chennai circle...

Airtel Websites doesn't allow to submit complaints. it shows the page and after writing everything and click on submit, it goes to home page with out submitting the complaint. It is a good way of cheating customers by not listening to their complaints.
it is the worst website I have seen ever. No one will know where to find the information or edit the information they want by seeing the user design of their website....
