Very high call rate

I am a long term customer of airtel prepaid mobile( [protected] ) since 2006.nowadays i am not satisfied with airtel. they are charging high.moreover they are not ready to give value for their first customers.no special offers.when i was complaint in customer care, they offered 500mb 2g data? really it is very bad deal.so i didn't use it.now i am thinking to stop my subscription....

Service not received as promised

Hi,

This is in regards to the plan offered on airtel my app, stating 42GB data with unlimited calls if recharged before 31/3/2017(1.5GB every day) for 28 days.

I did this recharge today i e. On 30th and i received only 3GB data. This is simply not done.

I have attached screenshots of the same.

Please have this investigated and revert at the earliest.

Misbehave of engineer and service request not attended since last two day

My customer id is [protected], i have signal issue with my DTH connection. I have registered a complaint two days ago. Got a call from service engineer, and he misbehaved and refuses to visit. I continuously calling to call center they are promising that issue will get resolve in next 2-3 hours. But no action has been taken so far. If it is not resolved by tomorrow evening am going to shift the DTH service provider....

349 recharge fraud

I was continously receiving 349 recharge notification which has 28gb data, after recharge its showing only 1gb for the entire month.
The executive is telling your number doesnt have the priviledge, so its 1gb plan for you.
Also every airtel customer is receiving this message but only priviledged prople get that plan, how cheap of airtel to dupe people of money.
I need my money credited back. This is clearly cheating...

Not converted my No.from Postpaid to Prepaid

I have given my request to transfer my Airtel number [protected] from Postpaid to prepaid on Dtd. 24_Mar_2017 at Airtel store WZ-247/3B, Plot No. 21, Opp. Pillar No. 655,  Main Najafgarh Road,  Utt, Uttam Nagar, Delhi 110059.
But still not converted in prepaid after complain many times.

In complain already mentioned that need main account balance + recharges of last 6 months. As they ready to give refund of recharges but in my main account was rs. 4600+ so its not a small amount. So, please provide me both amount in my broadband account and from broadband account...

I have visited Airtel store and they gave me a new sim. On 29/03/2017 my no got ported but as soon as i inserted the new sim for activation of services the new sim shows "no service". Slow speed in 4g hotspot

I purchased 4g hot spot from Airtel from Pammal Airtel store when I checked outside the door for speed it showed 10mbps as download speed and 8 Mbps as upload speed. After purchasing when I reached home at Pallavaram near railway station to my shock the speed was 0.5mbps then increase to 1.2mbps. With just one connection and 90% of the time it will be 20kbps, but to my surprise I rec'd a SMS from Airtel that I have consumed 50% of my quota...

Before recharging i confirmed it twice by calling 121 and then sending a tweet to the official airtel twitter account (@airtel_presence). Both, the 121 service and the official airtel twitter account confirmed me that this offer is valid .

- I have raised request to port my airtel mobile number to Idea on 22nd March 2017. After raising request Airtel executive called me to ask reason. I have told them my one of friend is getting offer from airtel (349 Rs 28 GB for 28 days) but i am not able to see this offer for my number. Executive told me that they will provide the same offer in 48 hours.
I havent got any response in 48 hours....
