This is in reference to my airtel mobile [protected], Ref.no.is COUTL[protected] registered on 07-mar-2017 11:54 hrs.I have 4G enabled handset, 4G sim n recharged for 4G/3G data.Still, since my last recharge mobile data only turns to E and I get 2G speed.Well, this only harms my work.When I lodged the complaint with 121, the executive informed me, she cannot give me a resolution time, if I have waited so long, I can wait for some more time.Funny...

Hi. I am holding a postpaid airtel no in u. P.. I called the airtel office at bijnor for change of my airtel no. From postpaid to prepaid about 20 days back.. They said me that their main account id has been blocked. N they will call me n change my no.in prepaid. I didn't get any response from other end yet. My no's outgoing has been also blocked since that time and i got a msg for this month due payment also.. So nice of airtel services....

Very hurting behaviour by staff

IPTV billing continues long after service shutdown

Airtel shutdown its IPTV services in October 2016. A good 5 months since its service withdrawal, Airtel billing team FAILED to resolve a simple issue of removing the charges for the IPTV services from my bill.
