I am getting prank call from [protected] number, he is talking in very bad manners. I have purchased this number around 2 month back but now getting call from the above number. He is taking so Bulgar language. I wanted to make sure please do some necessary action on the above number. Person who called me asking about the location to meet me... I don't know who is that person, i told him multiple time please get in touch...

Kindly send me the pdf receipt for the postpaid payment made to no.[protected] code transaction is no.[protected] Dt.28.11.2016 for the amount 256. Since the same is required to get changed from postpaid to prepaid services of the cell number mentioned above. I am claimong the receipt since the payment is made by me from my credit card and airtel money valet....

28.11.2016 at 2.30 pm, I recharge my mobile through on line easy recharge, but it is not successfully recharged. since this is was happen last two times.
And the details are given below:

After complete the on line recharge message displayed as successfully recharged. but the rechargeable amount has not credited in the respective number. Kindly arrange...

Sir due to my mistake i recharge of Internet pack in my number @43 1gb 3g night internet pack for 1 day from my main balance .so i want reverse it & get to my balance return in my main balance .Recharge Date 28/11/2016 & pack validity 29/11/2016(this pack valid 12 am to 6 am 29/11/2016). Kindly Please Refund Me because I am used alredy another net balance in my other airtel number.I was generally checking some offer and this pack by mistake...

This is in reference to the phone number [protected] (Cocp, schneider vadodara). It has been 10 days since i have submitted my kyc documents to your representative. I had been told that the entire process of porting out takes about 48 hours! I contacted the customer care today only to know that the porting out process has not been initiated yet!
Now if i try to contact your representative, i am receiving a very unpleasant response....

In Nov 2015 I decided to disconnect airtel dongle (broad band internet connection)
I called airtel customer care and asked for procedure. They asked me to clear pending bills and call them up again to request disconnection.
I cleared pending bills at end of billing cycle and put a request to disconnect
They took the disconnection request but...

The phone is not working, from the begining date i have not call any single call, because there is no dial tone, & for more than
two month there is no net[protected].D.K.Das.B-38 ramdutt enclave
uttam nagar.New delhi.I have paid my bills in time regularly.Today i have made payment rs 1563/- without net against the phone no[protected]. Please look the matter....

The number of times I have called the Airtel Customer Care to speak to some of the most incompetent people in the world is just countless. I have set up a business in Coorg and there is no proper network connectivity at all, so this is literally affecting my business as all the customers who have stupid airtel connection are unhappy as they cant use internet or call anyone. I have called airtel and spoke to people who keep brushing it off...

Our Prepaid phone number got deactivated stating documents not completed. Although number is been used from last approx 7-8 years .we got SMS from Airtel that on 28th number will be de activated if documents are not submitted. We submitted required documents on 26th but number got disconnected on 27th without any reason. The number was in need but airtel doesn't helped....

I am airtel prepaid customer from Punjab for three months. having number ([protected]) I have 2 problems that, the first one is when i send message, your message lis not sent will be the response and second problem is l am not in Punjab. seriously I want to remove extra roaming charge, because, l am in Pune right now. Make available my phone to Pune area.

In reference to the sms and personal call on date for non payment of the aforesaid bill from your good office please note the payment of Rs 918 vide check no. 015986 dated 15.11.'16 on union bank of India have been paid in your Airtel drop box Rashbehari Avenue (Kalighat) on 16.11.'16 favoring "Airtel relationship no. Please be kind enough to look into the matter and act accordingly.

4G Airtel dongle no: [protected]

From[protected] to[protected] my data usage was 2.40 GB.
My plan was upgraded last to last month to 6GB .
But still i got SMS and mail saying that 90% of data is completed on 25th November.

Please explain this. This is totally insane and non acceptable from reputed company like Airtel.

I need proper explanation with compensation.

I have registered a complaint a week back to activate my Sim (New Sim No:[protected]U & IMSI No:- [protected]) as I've misplace the previous SIM but even after multiple reminders my request hasn't been addressed which is hampering our work as that connection is CUG.

After a compalin online to airtel regarding unsusseful recharge i received a call from a person asking how much money i had in my account at the time of recharge and other details... I have submitted 3-4 complaints in past 3 months with different airtel numbers regarding the network in the area. it is very disappointing that our problem is not yet heard. Airtel claims for network at remote places, but i ask airtel at least provide network in the metro city first. such a failure to resolve the issue.

He is asking for Rs.100/- before the airtel SIM card and later on the activation of SIM, balance is not crediting.
