With my knowledge 2 junction boxes are fixed in my kitchen wall .I informed many times to the supervisors to remove the box, but still now it was done so kindly remove the box.

I am currently working in UK and I have been a proud customer of Airtel for more than a decade. Recently, my airtel sim stopped working and I had no other way to receive OTP or any messages. I contacted airtel customer service, they have no solution for this. Only we need to personally go and submit the request. This is not a viable solution for someone who is residing outside the country. At least they should arrange alternative solutions...

Hai this is Jagadeesh. The problem is the wire is damaged and due to that the link to the modem drops frequently. so please send a technician to fix the problem as soon as possible...

Airtel has incorrectly charged Rs 2180.28 on my postpaid international roaming bill. I have raised the issue to Airtel Nodal and Appellate office too however they dint bother to look into my case.

Airtel has charged me 3 months advance rental and has collected my confidential documents on 9 Nov 2021 and promised to install connection on 10 Nov 2021 .

But till November 16, 2021, neither the connection has been installed nor any update has been given regarding the installation.

The last recharge done last month, but i cannot send sms. On checking the pop up it was conveyed that i need to recharge with any unlimited pack to activate sms. I added 19 unlimited pack. But even that is not working. I dont want to use the airyel connection and want to immediately port it to another service provider but code cannot be generated.

From 4th October till now there is no update on the installation of broadband . Paid the installation fees as well...

I want to change the ownership of Airtel Prepaid connection on my Sons Name. Airtel office is forcing to change the Prepaid connection to Postpaid connection and they say the ownership change is possible only if it is Postpaid.

Apart from that the Postpaid connection has to be maintained for at least 4 months then the change of Ownership is possible.

I ported from VI to Airtel a few months back. Ever since I inserted the new Airtel sim in my iPhone SE (2nd Generation), I haven't been able to activate my iMessage and Facetime. It is currently working on my Apple ID.
