My Airtel number is [protected]. I got message on 27th Oct, 2016 that I have used 90% of the data and to get additional data visit www.airtel.in/preonpost and I visited the site and recharge with Rs. 295 data pack which was valid for 28 days. I applied for a postpaid to prepaid migration on 31st Oct. I submitted all my documents in your store on that day. I was told the new sim will get activated on the next day. I have been waiting ever since. Today is 7th Nov and still it's not activated.

I activated an International Roaming plan of 1199/- for Thailand on 28th October and travelled on the same date to Thailand.
The plan is for 10days and contains 2GB of data and 250 minutes india calling back free.

I had applied for conversion of my prepaid sim to postpaid. I was told it will be activated within 48 hours. It has been 4 days now and the sim is not activated. I tried customer care 6 times, nobody had any answer. i called the shop from where I bought the sim but they could do nothing. It is so frustrating.
