I am facing network coverage issues at home. Have raised service request SR71879277 which is open for more than 3 weeks without any update.

They do not respond to emails. Customer care representative can only apologise for the inconvenience without any resolution.

Open Network is a myth. I regret my decision to port to Airtel.

Will have to switch to a better service provider soon.

Airtel App Issue27

I did a top up via my airtel app and it showed transaction failed. I then tried on a second attempt. Later got messages which states the amount is debited for both failed and successful transactions. I spoke to customer care and they idon't even want to understand the concern.

I don't want to pay for some problem with app.
