Airtel company providing the my app for know your best offers and recharge. but he providing fake offers.in the airtel my app is providing the 3g data offers according to this offer he showing me that recharge with rs. 296.00 and get 2gb 3g data pack for 28 days but he is still providing in this offer 1gb 3g data pack for 28 days. this is still 2nd time happening with me. and his customer care executive said to me that.. sir plz give me transaction...

I have ported my airtel number to other service provider. Even after final bill payment, i am still receiving sms from my current service provider about due airtel bill payment.

When i received last bill from airtel, i called up customer care number to check whether i can pay it online. However, i was informed that i need to visit airtel gallery which was not possible for me as i was outside mumbai.

1. I have requested to port this number from Vodafone to Airtel on 20th June 2016, but that got rejected from Vodafone due to wrong input of Porting Code by Airtel Team. Airtel Executive which took my documents got vanished after that. He never picked up my calls again to help me.

2. My Internet data was not activated even after 4 days of my porting activation. I had to approach to Airtel team again for the same.

Try spending some money on your aftersales services than that annoying 4g girl in your ads.

5-6 days back i have been asked to port my mobile no from voda to airtel by a airtel representative mr rakhi (i have her mobile no. as well) on which i got agree and she commits me that i'll get 450 free local calls, 70 std calls and 500mb data pack and i agreed on that. i asked her to send someone on saturday for further formalities. someone came form airtel for the documentation and i have given him the security amount as well.

There is no network signal but when i check the stregth of the signal i get -70

And when i tried manual network searching i get etisalat 3g and du 3g i had tried both but i dont get the signal bar.
I had tried removing the sim card and insterted in other mobile them too i dont get network.

I also got pakistani calls. they told that i have won a lottery of 25 lac's...!!!
They told that they are calling from airtel call center...

I have been using the airtel connection in bangalore and i have relocated now from bangalore and not living there. while moving out, i paid the excess amount and closed the connection and the airtel executive has confirmed it with a reference number - sr[protected]closed by 9:30 am on 28/04/2016).

Now the people from customer are trying to contact and giving unwanted troubles to pay the money till date, even after forwarding...

Some airtel service called follo celebrities has been activated on my account without my knowledge. you have taken sixty rupees also from my account without asking my permission. i have not opted for any such kind of services from airtel.

Took new connection on 12th may, 2016 and i was getting "no signal" on my set top box right from the next day.

I registered a complaint on 14th may 2016, which was never resolved.


Finnaly i requested for disconnection on 21st may 2016, for which cpe recovery was done on 23rd may.


Now when asking for refund from customer care number, i am being told that i will get a refund of only...

This sim card was active till 6th July 2016. But today when i tried to recharge it, it says this number does not exists. I am not in india currently and using this sim for OTP. I have an airtel prepaid mobile connection. i recharged my mobile with₹ 200 on 8thjuly 2016.
Today (10thjuly2016), i checked my balance to find ₹64, on checking call loss and last five transactions, my total actual usage is ₹12 whereas the rest is being charged against some follow my celebrity service. on contacting airtel (198), they claim it has been started by me only and denied to take any actions.

Airtel dth is horrible especially their customer care team. neither they are able to resolve your queries not they will speak to you politely.in fact most of them are very arrogant. i am having a tough time making them understand the issue but their communication is so poor that they are not even able to understand my concern. airtel is getting worse day by day....
