Mobile bill

TV channel service not in order.

Tv channel service by airtel called iptv not functioning. Their technician came, checked and finally told that set top box is to be replaced and will be done in 2 days. Set top box is airtel supply item, so airtel have to replace.
Till date ie on 29.06.2016 airtel have not replaced set top box by saying that the same is not available in their stock and is being procured by airtel.

I applied for a connection on 3rd may through nk enterprises. I was told i will get connection in 48 hours. But nearly 55 days are gone without any installation.

Regarding net pack recharging

-there is no 2g, 3g coverage in this area

Issue is pending from your end since dec 2015. You charged incorrectly and airtel billing system is faulty and always billed customer while it is not in use. I raised complain and keep sending reminder but your team closed most of the sr without customer approval.

If you do not have any solution then please let me know the process of refund....
