I am facing problem regarding my mobile number is getting traced and not allowing me to call to other state number. When I am calling to some person my call is intercepted by airtel people and some other person is start speaking.that is all together is illegal activity.I am also going to inform TRAI from the same.please do the needful.

Call center exec refused to give me the complaint since he said it was total outrage entire tamilnadu.Even after informing him that this problem exist from past 3 days.I have made 5 call & waited more than 7 min for each.

Data services not auto renewed

I am using Airtel 3G services from more than 6 months. I am recharging it on monthly or usage basis. Last month 600 MB's of 3G data is left in my account. So I put it on Auto Renewal and I make sure to have sufficient main account balance.

I got confirmation service SMS on my mobile number on 22 of april that on 26 th of april it will be auto renewed and 10 % cash back will be provided.

Airtel recharges false offers

I had an offer of 1gb 3g data for 28 days under special recharges.
But when i recharged, I only recieved 400mb data.
Customer care executive says its not available on my number but then it would not have appeared in the special recharge option.
If a company like airtel needs to make fake and false offers to earn a small amount of profit i doubt anyone else ever would....

I contacted with Airtel for a broad band connection in April 2016. I asked them to confirm whether the connection will be available at my area(Sector 47, Gurgaon, Haryana) before I pay for the connection. The Executive confirmed that the connection can be installed in the area with in 5 working days, Hence he took the installation charges i.e. 1000 Rs from me and the proof.

Broadband not shifted even after 6 days

I put a request for shifting of my broadband connection [protected] within the same apartment premises on 29 April. Even after 6 days, the shifting is not complete. The physical shifting is done but my broadband is still not working.

I called up their helpline, written multiple emails to them and even written to Nodal officer, Appellate authority. They all give false assurance of fixing it in 24 hours but no action.

We have two connections of airtel dth, one standard and the other one hd. We have called many times due to the hd box not working and wanted a replacement. We were assigned a technical person who would visit our house to solve the issue. However, this person never arrives.

The incident is actually multiple. We are going to charge the company compensation for the dissatisfactory or rather ignorance of services....
