Sim stopped working abruptly for no reason

I am having a Sim card (Dehradun, Uttarakhand) that was working fine till last night but when I woke up this morning i.e. 7th February 2016, it is neither calling any number nor I am receiving any calls. When I dial, it says "This number can't be reached right now" and when my number is called, it says " Incoming call facility is not allowed on this number". When I tried calling customer care, it says error 538. My mobile is working fine...

Wrongly charged for data

whenever I am using WiFi connection getting pop up stating data is been used and Data is deducted for data balance. I am thinking to lodge a FIR against Airtel Telecom for fraud. I reported and mailed to [protected]@in.airtel.com to ask why data is charged.This reply i got from their end:

Huge bill amount to illiterates without setting credit limit

This is regarding the Bill amount issue for Airtel Chennai Postpaid Mobile Number - [protected]: The user of this mobile number is illiterate. She was using the mobile assuming that there will be an alert if she speaks too much. But she recently got a Bill Amount of INR 8000+ for the month of January 2016.

She is not afford to pay such a huge amount. Even for Corporate Employees, they set a Credit Limit not more than 2500 INR....

Unnecessary deduction of rs 396 from balance without intimating me

In Nov 2015 i recharged with a airtel pack of Rs.396/- ( plan for 2G data valid for 90 days), problem occurred when 90 days completed and on 30.01.2016 deducted rs 396 from my balance saying the pack you activated in nov15 was auto renew pack, which according to me was never informed to me by airtel.

though i had provided them with all recharge messages & summary, they are denying my refund. issue was already escalated to airtels...

Airtel fixed line "top-up" activation

In December 2015 I got many calls from Airtel customer care or promotional team to avail "Top-up" unlimited STD/local outgoing calls.

Incorrect charges for international roaming

I was not aware for the tarrif and charges and was using the Airtel number from last 10 years.
I called the 121 line for Airtel Customer care and we discussed the same for an hour and finally he asked for how much time is your visit, I said 6 months.

Cheating by airtel while influencing portability and giving fake plans
