Cash balance deduction for data usage

I am using airtel Kerala prepaid connection since 8 years. Last few months i am noticing thay they are deducting cash balance evenif you have data balance in account. And that too dedecuted once in a while that you newer notice. Collecting all the recharged amount

Invoice raised for the services not rendered and fooling the customer

Hi, I have requested for a new connection of Airtel LL & BB of 40MBPS speed online by paying Rs.1000/- advance. Multiple times different people called me from Airtel and confirmed my requirement and collected all documents. After several followup on 24th of Nov one person from Airtel came and pulled a cable inside my building. He confirmed me that he can only give 8MBPS connection and he said after activation we will upgrade to 40MBPS....

Waste customer support

Not able to make calls after dng mnp

Have given my this no [protected] for MNP from Reliance to airtel. After that MNP has done on 23rd dec morning and in morning I did tele verification also and after that it said that your verification is done and your sim will be activated in next 30min and FRC also I did. Delay in broadband connection

I called Airtel regarding broadband on 18/12/2015 and they explained me the plans and told that sales person will come and collect the ID proof shortly and told connection will be established within 72 hours of collection of the documents. The sales person came on 20/12/2015 and collected the documents and told login will be created for me the next day. But there was no response for 72 hours i did not get any message from Airtel side too....

Airtel 4g not at all working and no resolution

I am airtel 4g dongle user bangalore, I would request to not to take, it was ok when initially when I was taken but later my dongle is not at all connecting, Even after giving complaints they not even bothered and asking to wait for 90 days to get it resolved, so request everyone to go for another network if you are looking it in bangalore....

No incoming calls get connected and call drops.

I am calling 121 to complain about the network issue, however whoever calls me getting not reachable. Worst situation is, i am calling from my landline keeping mobile in my sight, i am getting not reachable, however phone shows full tower.
