Fraud while mobile number portability

I raised request for mobile number portability on your website. After that I received a call from your executive asking for the documents and a fee of Rs 250/- for the service and said which would be adjusted in bill with in 3 months and gave me the receipt. It has been more than 15 days that no action has been taken. And when I called your customer care number and asked the reason, he just said there is no request raised for this number...

Airtel 4g usb modem

I had purchased the airtel 4g usb modem in august 2015 and apart from the first month the performance has been very poor. the connection is never stable. sometimes it is too slow for any use at all and at its best speed is never anywhere near the speed that they promised. my phone with a 3g connection operates much faster than this. as of late i have noticed that their home screen itself shows the 2g symbol instead of 4g. Hi, Phn: [protected] Name: G Bhanu prakash Reddy. On Oct 7th, I had activated 256 3gb 3G data plan straight from *121# menu. I have got a confirmation message for the same. I am attaching the received message screenshot to this mail. The 3gb 3G data is credited to 2G balance . After several reminder to disconnect my service for 4G DC since 3/7/15. I am now fade up of Airtel services. I have already mentioned them to disconnect after clearing my bills on 2/7/15. Incoming calls are displayed as unknown

Wrong deduction of balance for internet browsing
