I am facing voice call break issue from past 2 weeks in sholinganllur, New kumarn nagar, 10th cross street, chennai-600119. I raised many complaints to airtel it was not resolved yet. As advised i changed handset and carrier mode in automatic/manual but there is no resolution. I confirmed them as issue at particular area. I raised request for mobile number portability on your website. After that I received a call from your executive asking for the documents and a fee of Rs 250/- for the service and said which would be adjusted in bill with in 3 months and gave me the receipt. i rohit rana using your airtel no.([protected]) from last few years. But i faced soo many problems. Airtel company cut automatically my phone balance.I compalint for it soo many times but i didn't get sollution. I recharged my no. On 7/10/2015 amount of 250rs. But now in my phone have zero balance. Never i use internet and other value added services.I don't know why they apply unauthorized charges to me.

I am still not able to use my interet each time i called got an incorrect information no help given by the represntatives fake information and promises made each time i am extremely depressed this time with the services and the assistance provided.
