Issues faced in airtel store

I had filed the subject complaints with Airtel customer care in mid July and end of July. The problem is with "My Account" login for my Airtel 4G number. Whenever i try to login to "My Account", i see the details of some other user. This issue is not yet resolved. When i called customer care some days back, i was told that compliant is marked as resolved when it is not actually resolved. Can you help me resolve this issue at the earliest?...

3G Sim but no 3G service

Deduction of balance

I have recharged my phone with rs38 whatsapp data pack and turned off cellular data for all other apps on my phone. Every single one!. My balance will nill for a few days and i could use whatsapp continuously. I recharged last sunday with 150rs and all of it is drained now due to data cocumption. Misleading recharge information on website and app

I recharged my wife's airtel mobile number with 45 rupees for 180 MB 2g data with validity 28 days but the 2g and 3g balance shows no data. Also, when the recharge was done, she received a message saying 200 MB whatsapp data recharge done. This is clearly misleading users to wrong recharge.
