I recharged my mobile number [protected] online on airtel website. The transaction id is 065641 and the amount is Rs.350. This amount was deducted from my account but the recharge failed. Airtel claimed to return the money within 14 days and today its more than 40 days and still no refund....

We have shifted the house before three months. I was not in hometown, and in my family they dont know what to do. Today i recieved a call from airtel. Sir is my fault too, but pls i need a consession on this. I cant able to pay the whole amount i can pay some penality for that 50% Of that amount but not the whole amount sir.
