I recently took Airtel CUG connection. I've changed the existing number to CUG as well in Airtel Store. Till now they havent changed the plan to 149 CUG and I've been charged for CUG call and its 50ppm+monthly rental. I had called many times but all the associates are so ignorant to take complaint.
