Prepaid Mobile Data Plan not Activated even after 5 hours

The data plan has not been activated even after 5 hours of request. Loss of money form Main balance as I had to use the Internet in spite of subscribing to 6 GB 3G data plan and loss of money from repeatedly calling Customer Care. The only answer I got from Customer Care was to wait after putting on hold for long time and transferring calls to multiple support persons. The service quality is substandard....

unwanted calls and messages afet DND services

I registered DND service for my Airtel sim but receives messages from ICICI Banks and State bank of India regarding the credit card payment every month I have made complaint to both the company but still receive the same which I have nothing to do with credits cards payment from these banks, also receives call asking for person called S. kapoor, please take this complaint into account as after number of attempt it continues....

Negative Bill for Postpaid Connection

airtel at there worst behave and service. Firstly they explain and convince for there postpaid plans. Once you get starting month give less bill than they show there real color with negative billing which is super high amount. third class customer service

airtel is the worst in providing customer service.once the documents is submited they disconects ur incoming and outgoing and ask u to again submit the documents.they want us to leave our jobs and keep travelling to their relationship centre again where there we have to wait in a long que and without any satisfation.airtel shld better closed down the relationship centre if they r not capable of handling it properly....

link dropping again n again.. n poor services

Fraud!!! deduction of 3g data and main balance of 200 in 2 minutes

I am really angry with Airtel service. I made a 3G data recharge of 1 GB (500 3g+500 2g) on Wednesday on 11/9/14 at 6.25 pm. Next day on Thursday when phone was in standby I received a message at 6.48 pm that my whole datapack has been and now my main balance would be deducted. I saw this message 2 minutes later and when I put off my 3G I noticed my complete main balance was deducted that was Rs. 200. I was shocked and it was unbelievable....
