Shifted from plan 199 to 249 without consent

I am a post paid customer under plan 199. For the past two months i was getting increased billing and came to know that my plan was shifted to 249 without my consent. I have been patronising airtel for more than a decade despite residing in different states. I have asked to activate only 2G at 70 kbps limited 2GB/month plan for corporate employees at 98 rupees. Still there is no action to activate this to me after so many mails.thats why im posting here i do have the existing plan 300mb 3g gprsfree, after 300mb 2g 100% free at 40kbps @98 i dont want this one. i want 2g only as i mentioned above....

regarding balance

My balance which was around Rs.170 till yesterday has been deducted completely from my Airtel prepaid number [protected] today for no reason.i even had internet balance and still have so there is no point it has been deducted for internet use.please see to my problem....

Frustrated with continuous harassment from AIRTEL. They are asking me to pay for a service I haven't used. I asked to put my 4G connection on safe custody in January 2014 and I kept getting bills till July 2014. In July after getting frustrated, I asked them to close my account, they closed it. But they are still expecting me to make the full payment through July 2014. Not sure what to do......

Deactivated active SIM card with no reason

regarding to voice calling.

When anyone tries to call me the call doesnt go.. No answer is also coming and the phone is not ringing only.. Cheated with data rates

I received a message from airtel (Vx-611117) which says to get 3g data on 2g data rates at rs.155 for 30 days. I recharged the same but got 2g data instead. I called customer care 3 times the same day (2nd aug14), they cut the call inbetween. They are looting people with lies and full of crap.
Guys, if you found this post, do not get into such offers from airtel....

network Issues, NO Coverage & Poor Call Quality

I have started using Aitel Network from past 15 days and there is no network in my home and surrounding it. If any one tries calling they get response as "USER IS EITHER NOT REACHABLE OR SWITCHED OFF".
