I was using this connection as a prepaid connection since last 5-6 years, and one day I had received a call from Libra communication guy +91 [protected], and he offered me some good plans as per my requirement I had choose rs. 249/- per month plan, and now connection is working properly but at the time of migrating from prepaid to postpaid connection that guy was told me that...

For past 24 hours my Airtel sim shows full signal but whenever i try calling some number it gets disconnected. And when incoming call, its telling phone is either switched off or not reachable. My num s [protected]. Could you please rectify the problem as soon as possible since that is my Peak usuage number. Also my data is not working . I tried switching off my mobile and restarting ... Even i removed my sim and tried... Nothing worked...

I have recharged 89 rupees discount tariff on online. In online[airtel.in] the mentioned as local call at 30/min & STD at 40/min. But they are debiting 35/min for local & 45/min for STD. When enquired calling customer care about this, they are simply saying we need to confirm by calling customer care for each and every recharge. This really bad by airtel.
