Worst customer service

Mr.Gopi (Custormer service officer) has promised to revise the amount and sending the closing letter to my home. But nothing has been done till now. When I called, the executive cut the call after putting me on hold for long time. I’m an Airtel prepaid 3G mobile Internet user. I was recharged with Rs 655 Plan and was enjoying a proper 3G speed but after My 3G plan (3GB data ended) suddenly it slowed down to below 0- 2 kbps.
