My airtel digital TV customer ID is [protected].!In online account I am not able to see my balance and validity as it always says "system is unable to process your request".I called up customer care and they also told system is down!!.I sent SMS to get balance and same reply!!! Intelligent and Shady Scammers - Beware!

Hi everyone
I hate to do this, but I am writing this to warn you if you are trying / wishing to become a Airtel Broadband customer now, or in near future. This guys are plain old scammers and they can do anything to take out money from you (even threaten you). It all started as following.

One of their representatives came to my office and convinced me to take a 5 gb high-speed connection @ 2mbps at a very high price...

Did recharge of Rs. 83 and got no talk time.

I came to Bangalore one month ago and bought a Airtel sim card. on 13/8/2013, I recharged with Rs. 83 and got no talk time or any other recharge. The customer care says that 83 Rs. is only for new customers and hence my 83 Rs. is waste and will not get any recharge.

Internet Connection Deactivation

obligation of paying due airtel bill

After that when they finally successfully ported the number, only outgoing call and 3g is working. I am not able to receive any incoming call. incoming/ougoing SMS also not working.
