I have Ur digital connection . I was out of station for two months and came back . As usal I recharged the account with 250 Rupees .After recharging I cam to know that 90 percent of the channels are moved to a new direction for a different satalite .

I called Ur support , right after that I got a message stating ,Thank you for subscribing the ESPN and Kids Channel .

My customer enrollment form no. for broadband connection is 565388. The name of agent I was communicating to was Naveen and his number was [protected]. I have had the worst experience dealing with this agent. I had requested for the broadband connection and he had take a sum of Rs. 1150 on 17th August 2012.
