on July 29th I had take a duplicate Airtel sim from chembumukku Airtel relationship center, Kochi, Kerala. They told that according to airtel's new policy, for taking duplicate sim they need two photographs and two ID proof. Recently i have ported my no to Airtel from Vodafone, am very disappointed with the Airtel Service, because am not able to make calls to some of STD numbers specially Maharastra no's. I have raised the complaints many time but no response after a couple of days i will get the SMS that my complaint is resolved. WHAT THE HELL AIRTEL!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To pay an post paid bill a consumer has to visit the office twice in a month, every time u go there, the application is down and consumer has to wait for hours together.
