BEING A LADY I AM AFRAID OF SUCH CALLLS .

My colleague Mr Roy, had procured a prepaid SIM card ([protected]) from Airtel in the year 2003 from Barrackpore, Kolkata. Suddenly they have deregistered his number on 16 Feb 2012 without any valid reason. repeated inquiries at customer care centres at Tollygunj, Kaligahat, and Parkstreet have yielded no fruitful explanation or reason and the centre employees say that the number has been deleted from the computer....

I am having Air tel Digital TV connection since 4 years with customer ID: [protected]. Recenty few days back suddenly my favorite channel (No. 529- ABN Andrha Jyothi) was deleted from the Digital TV network. I have contacted customer care but no reason was given to me. I have choosen Digital TV bacause of required channels are available in the service. My complaint is to reinstate the afore said channel in the network.
