I have lot of problem such like this amount deduction....

I had bought an airtel post-paid number somewhere in Dec 2010 or Jan 2011.
As i was not receiving a proper signal in my room or say the network signals
were inconsistent, I had raised a request for the same. My complaint id is
35146334. I was promised that I will be receiving conformation about improving
the signal strength in my area on my other no.
Secondly, I was told that the current bill amount will...

This is the case with so many customers.
I am also one of thier victim.
Automatically some value added service like hello tunes or LKD starts and on contacting airtel people tell that you have sent the message for activation.

On arguing sometimes they refund your amount and in some cases they do not.

My present case is that they activated my LKD service automaticaly few days back. I sent the message...

This is continuation of my earlier complain on 11th sep 2011, where i have written about activation of CRI service by Airtel. After my complain they stop the service but they activated again on 24th sept 2011 and reduced Rs 5/ from my account. Please do the needfull and help me in finding permanent solution.

I'am really upset with the new rule which is applied to all Telecom provider which is limiting the outgoing sms's too 100 per day only which very in convenient to pepole like me who love and live too be in touch with his family and friends... i pay for that then why you people are stopping my right, its realy uncomfortable... i highly oppose it... please do something regarding the same...

To whomsoever it may concern,

I had ported my reliance number to Airtel 6-7 months back and i have been using the airtel services on that sim since the last 6-7 months.

My sim card was rejected a month earlier from today, when i was asked to submit the appropriate documents and my number got activated within 4 hours.

Now, it has been rejected again even after submitting the appropriate documents....

I will simply say Airtel DTH service is the worst in terms of cussomer complaints.

It's been more than 4 months now I am asking them to deactivate my mobile no. which was registered with them.Still they have not done that.

Even the worst thing is that Customer Support team is so bogus that they give wrong complaint no. to customer sothat he/she could not track it.

Every day they keep sending...

I've been using Airtel Broadband Services from February 2011 under the Rs1199 scheme, which was supposed to give me 2mbps broadband Internet upto a fair usage policy of 20 gbs. For the first two months, their service was good but later on, they gave horrible Internet speed , around 100 kbps instead of 2 mbps. I kept complaining via 198 several times, they resolved my issues within 24 hours. But after 2-3 days the same problem kept coming....

What is Airtel doing these days, your company has even started giving harassment on calls to consumer these days, and what is the compliance team in Airtel is doing after repeatdly complainning to them no action is being taken and even emails sent to the customer care are not reverted.

Myself Rahul Soni & my Airtel no. is [protected]. My problem is that i am customer of airtel from last 6 years. Actually i am not satisfied with airtel now because of any service starts automatically like that hangama clum, hangama songs, models of the day etc. & unwanted balance deducts from my account. On dated 13.09.11, hangama club service activated automatically on my no. & Rs. 99 duducted from my main balance & Rs. 5.00...

I am an Airtel DTH customer. For the last 3 days I have not been getting TV signals. the error code is B 001.I contacted the Customer care centre which in formed that the issue would be resolved within 6 hours. It has not been resolved.I received a fake SMS from Airtel informing me that the issue was resolved. It was not.

Dear Sir,

I have migrated from Airtel Postpaid connection to Prepaid connection. My mobile number is [protected]. I got my SIM card activated to prepaid connection but my boosters have not been activated yet. My boosters include SMS booster (Rs. 36) and Rs. 37 booster. But they didnt get activated still. The retail shop owner has communicated tat there is no problem in his side. Even i received a SMS confirming the SMS booster...

I am using airtel netwok from last 2 years or more but now airtel service so expensive & poor network quality that I am interested to portout from airtel. but I can't portout from it. It is showing that your porting is already in progress, you can't portout for 6 months.But why ? Airtel cannot bear my extra cost... so sir please find-out this problem, I am in big trouble.

I am using the airtel number I want to port out my airtel no. but when i am generating UPC ( unique porting code ) they are not providing me the UPC code & the error which is coming

You have entered an incorrect code. SMS PORT <your 10 digit mobile number> to XXXX and initiate a new port in request.
