I Shristi Sisodiya(Indore, M.P.), holding airtel mobile no. [[protected]]. Yesterday onwards it stopped working, and showing no signal. I am not able to call(dial & recieve) anywhere including customer care(121) nor the internet, I've an active connection showing on my Airtel application the pack's validity for +17 days. You please resolve this problem ASAP. It's extremely urgent. Otherwise tell me what should i do? Shall I take another number?...

I was recharging mobile number [protected] but by mistake recharged [protected]. I want to transfer the recharge on my number. Kindly help....

Hi me & my whole family ported from jio to airtel recently but after conversion into airtel we all are facing network issues not a single tower is coming inside the house. We all don't have wifi calling option in our handsets. When we were in jio we didn't face any network related issue but in airtel we are.
Please prioritize this complaint as we all knows airtel listen to his customers...

I tried to recharge my account [protected] (Airtel DTH) using online Credit/Debit card option. I receive the OTP and from my bank to process the payment. But unfortunately after I insert the OTP I receive below message.

"Sorry, Your request cannot be processed. Please try again later."

But the amount INR 5721, I tried to recharge was debited from my bank account.

AIRTEL has poor quality network. Although I am recharging unlimited plan with 2GB/3GB 4G data plan, it is all vein.

Data/network will work only for 2 days after recharge, while doing airtel thanks app & will work before 2/3 days lapse of plan.

Even there is no customer care with whom you can talk / complain the issues. You have to use airtel app but that will show zero registered complain even if you do several...

I want to claim the recharges done for last one year but unable to download the invoices/order summary from airtel thanks app.

It is also to inform that no invoices/recharge details were sent to my registered email id after doing pre-paid recharge through airtel thanks app.

Need my invoices/order summary for Jan'2020 to Dec'2020...

Its been close to 2months still my fastag is not delivered it still shows as validating order, everytime they reply saying it will be delivered in next 14 days.I would like to cancel and get my amount back but the customer care executives are not giving me any option....

I have 2 sim in my phone. so I suppose to recharge in one sim of 399 and my another sim of rupees 10/-. it is link to my bank account. so I don't get any message on my phone. and I try to make a call. but not happening. there is an voice massage that my outgoing service if off.
but I have make a recharge of rupees 10. kidly check and imform me on my no.[protected] or email me on [protected]@gmail.com...

Fastag booked on 2 January but not delivered after aweek has gone. No information about despatch is available. No one is available on customer care. Please refund the money deducted if not able to deliver or otherwise be ready for consumer forum.

As Airtel promising in words, but its not going to provide satisfactory works.

As the reason for this is it cancelled my SIM without any proper notice.
It merely not provide any of the customer service inn local states for assist in this covid time and depends upon offline stores.

I am merely felt dejected walking from store to store related to airtel.

Why can't airtel provide proper customer...

I am working in abroad (UAE) and I have a valid sim card from Airtel which has sufficient recharge amount with validity for one year. I came here September 2020. My sim card (Mobile Number :[protected]) stop working from December 2020. Now its showing not registered on net work / Switched off.

Kindly request you to take necessary action to activate my Sim card again.

I am presently living in abu dhabi and have been having this airtel sim here for the past 4 years without any issues. There is enough credit on the number and usually a fee of 45 rupees get deducted each month.Suddenly last week the range for the sim got cut and its showing no sim. Please help me to solve this issue as it is causing a lot of other problems....

Sir I ordered fastag from airtel on 23 december But still I did not get any update regarding my fastag My airtel no. I am a resident in UAE and haven't been to India for the past 2 years. I had subscribed to life time service card during my last visit which was in 2018. I had taken 2 numbers and now I can see that one of the numbers is being used by someone in India which is a breach of privacy and against your policy of protecting the customer's agreement....

We are also Been harassed by these customer care... the bill got generated even after we disconnected the broadband...
And the airtel one plan is a scam... we were told that airtel offers 2 sims, 1 broadband and a free landline... in one bill of about 1500/- but we got different Bills for two phones and broadbands and the amount surpassed 1500... we got somewhere about 2000/-... and the mobile network is so bad that we cant even call......
