I have given below the summary of this case. Now it is 8 days since the number is de activated. I have lost all business opportunity and personal mental torture. Subsquent to this mail I have written many mails to the top team in Airtel without any support. Please let me know how to proceed.

I am having an airtel prepaid connections [protected] & this is the fifth time facing same issue where Airtel has started soem value added services without my concent.

1. On 7-Jan, I registered myself with airtel (per their advice) for not receiving any promotional offers.

2. Instead they started few services for whcih they start charging money like (a) Missed call alert for INR 15, (b)...

Airtel prepaid Customer Care 121 is the most frustrating and you cannot get connected to the operator. I have been trying since 27th Feb and it never gets connected inspite I agree to pay 50p/3 min AS PER THE RECORDED MESSAGE.
I paid Rs57 on 27th Feb. 2011 for getting 1p/sec call to US but I still get charged Rs 6.40/Min. Again I paid Rs 57 on 4th Feb. and still being charged Rs 6.40/min.

Each and ever time all mobile service probhider cheated corer of peoples money. Now a day I had seen that after top up mobile balance but suddenly it get negative balance. I can't phone to the service probvider due to negative balance becasue they charge for that. Without any permisson they charged money and they said the you activate services. i tried to port my no & after 2 days i got a return call from cc & he told me abt new & told tht it ll b activated in 48 hrs.
it has been 4 days & no any scheme is activated.
again i called to cc then he told me tht there's no such scheme.
wht a stupid network they r the biggest cheaters.
a strict action should be taken against these cheaters...

Daily one rupee is been deducted from balance for no reason and i wanted to cancel it,to cancel it i talked to the customer care executive for around 4 times,but as no measure was taken from your side i tried calling them again after the stipulated time they have told me to wait.To my horror the calls to the customer care has been blocked even though my complaint was genuine.Airtel customer care is pathetic than the BSNL customer care and...
