I have recharged the prepaid mobile no on April 18th worth of 2999 rs and the recharge was not completed, as per customer care the transaction was not completed due to some third party payment error and as per message received from airtel, was supposed to get the refund within a day but its been 15 days, i have not received the payment yet, what kind of service is this? Please help with refund.

I have called airtel xsafe on 15 April 2023 and made a payment of 4000 for installing camera on my premises but installation team denied to install camera then I cancelled the order. It's been 13 days they didnot gave me refund. Even airtel store is not helping...

I have received two messages from customer care regarding the activation of numbers. I attempted to contact the Airtel customer care and complaint, however was not able to register the complaint.

Mr Meganathan Executive Coimbatore visited my flat and gave assurance connection will be done within a day. I had paid rs.3532.92/- on 19th April 2023 for new broad band connection. After payment, they told me to wait for 30 days to give new connection. then airtel executive called me that there is not service near my residence and i'll get refund.
