I want to suspand my airtel broandband connection but not able find any option.
in airtel app the safe custody option is showing not available...

I am Sivadasan.V. recharged for Rs.598/- on Airtel No. [protected] on
30th Nov 2020 Oper Ref[protected] TID UHA9394490 but service on Airtel no. stopped.

I am regularly using this number for a long time and good services rendered by you.

This is the first failure on recharge; kindly look into the matter at the very earliest as I am depend upon your service.

I have booked for the Airtel Xtreme fibre internet through the Airtel thanks app and there is no response from the Airtel team to give the connection. They have cancelled the request for 2 times saying there is a port constraint but the are ports available to give the conncection. I and the concerned technician has seen the availability of the port in my area.

This company is hoax company full of harassers and broken systems.
