I took the monthly internet pack of AIRTEL GPRS. I am getting download speed of 1KBps.(its very slow internet). Some time i couldnt able to connect internet.

I used the AIRTEL-gprs in bangalore. it was very good. But in Madurai, Airtel is giving very worst GPRS facility.

I have faced the same problem twice - once each in Airtel-Karnataka and Airtel-Goa. Complaint: I ask an Airtel agent for a top-up/recharge, and instead I end up with a plan change.
