Airtel Broadband not working
I am being harrassed by Bharti Airtel Telecom as my connection is not working from a week. I have complained for several no. of times to the call centre, local office, employees but to no avail which has led to my monetry loss as i am daily online trader, Also they have changed the address of the connection on their own. receiving msgs from 55381

My airtel prepaid mobile number is[protected] and am receiving news msgs from 55381 and could you please tell me how to unsubscribe. I did'nt subscribed it, the messages are received daily and today i got a new message stating that "NNEWS sms service would be renewed in 1 day. You will be charged Rs 1/d towards the renewal". I don't want any news messages, please tell me how to unsubscribe to get rid of this situation....

sms pack not working despite repeated complaints

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

i got a recharge done on my airtel prepaid connection for Rs.80. This recharge gives the offer that for 1 month the customer will be given 500 free sms daily. I got the recharge done on 25th Feb,2010 and got the service then. But the following day i was again being charged normal rates per sms. This was not to have happened.

Since everyone is aware of the fact that on the order of security minister, the prepaid service has been stopped in jammu & Kashmir till proper verification. Recharged with SMS Pack but still getting charged for it

Hi,

I got the Airtel Prepaid SMS Pack (of Rs. 88, saying Unlimited STD and Local SMS 700/day for 30 days).

I recharged my cell with the Rs. 88 on 2nd March, 2010, TransID[protected]. Recharge was successful. And it was working fine. But from 4th March evening, I am getting separately charged for my SMSs, I have been charged Re. 1 per SMS.

Billing Variations

I am the Airtel customer for the Broadband for past one year.
From last month I have noted a high raise in the bill which was told that I am downloading at the specific band width which was allowed on call or request. Not got free sms and min on recharge of 1947

Dear Team

It is very sad to write this complain. I have recharged my mobile([protected]) by RS 1947 in august or sep in which scheme i used to get 100 sms and 100 local Airtel min every month till one year but every month i have to logged a complain regarding same and after that only i used to get these benefit but now u have made customer care no. chargeable. So for ur default y should i suffer loss.

Excess billing charged

Dear Sir,

For last 3 yrs, Airtel has been charging me excess amount for my landline/broadband bill. There is no documented proof of the bill plan which is being applied to my bills and the bill plan is full of errors. change the unlimited plan to limited plan

here i am using broadband service of Airtel/Tata since last almost 18 months.
i have unlimited plans for downloading and uploading at the speed 1024 KBPS.

suddenly last month both the company has send us the letter that they have chnage the plan

endless delay in transfer of internet connection

I had submitted a request to airtel broadband helpline regarding a transfer in internet connection on 22nd Feb 2010. They had promised the transfer will be done in 3 days.
I have been alling them 10 times a day ever since and everyday they promise me it'll be done by the end of the day. Nothing has been done in this regard till date. No one has got back to me. Its been over 10 days now, their employees keep lying, their superiors...
