Dear Sir,

2 days back I received call from Airtel Live stating that the you will not receive any massage from airtel live from today onward and Airtell will not cut any charges, but yesterday I recharge my account and after that again I received same massage from the airtel that the you have been renewed for Bollywood Fusion subscription from airtel and you have been charged Rs 15 everyday,
I am not using any service...

My Airtel number is [protected], I have taken this new number along with the blacberry mode 8520 just for the use of blackberry under the plan 299 monthly, The prepaid balance during the last month went below 300 and after that my blackberry service has not been activated back.

30 Rs. deducted from my 9892687713 account

I had not activated Audio movie and Rs. 30 was deducted from my account and when i called the cutomer care he told me that on 18 of nov 10:30 i had activated by dialing *321609# this is not a justification i normaly use maximum my phone for incoming. I want my money back i think the Airtel is doing some cheating.

No Airtel Mobile Network in Nashik

I am using Airtel post-paid connection since last 4 years and there had been always an issue with the network and now they have crossed their limits.

As my working areas are in city limits and their entire network do not work in high profile areas like Sharanpur Road, College Road, Gangapur Road, Panchwati and many more.

Dear Sir,
Today i got a message 5432161 saying that i had been subscribed for Friendz chat and will be charged Rs.10/-
But i had not actually subscribed to it.
I Had immediately called to the costumer care and a girl who answered the call named Aruna Kauluru (got it from feedback sms) said dat i had activated the same through airtel live ..
And the fact is that the last time i had successfully connected to airtel...

more than rs,50 as cricket pack charges. i never authorised the above company to deuct the amount.

Excess charging for phone calls...reg.

The advertisement given by Airtel and explained by the distributors (from whom we recharge the coupons of various schemes of different sevice providers) about the Freedom Plan 64 is - charge for local calls is 1 paise per minute and for STD calls 1.2 paise per minute. The conditions of this plan is not clearly spelt out either by the service provider or their distributors ( that this is applicable for calls between airtel numbers only)....

Network Problem, No Signal, Call Dropping

I am from Nasik. Since the day, the Municipal Corporation has disconnected the power supply of the towers belonging to Airtel and some other service providers, network has been adversely affected. This is causing connection problems and thereby, loss of connectivity. One wonders whether Airtel officials have approached the Municipal Corporation regarding this issue ? ? ? If not, I would strongly urge 'those' officials to STOP warming...

Change of plan for lowest call charges

every day between 00:45 a.m. and 1 a.m. I get a message on my mobile phone ( having AIRTEL card) that I have bee charged for some package like one for cricket or another one for bollywood etc. THIS WAY AITEL IS DOING NIGHT TIME ROBBERY FROM MY MOBILE OPHONE ACCOUNT ( PRE-PAID SERVICE ). Airtel is cheating the customers

I had done booster pack combo booster 119, which I got an SMS from airtel service, saying it will have the validity of for 180 days and I refered the samething on the www.airtel.in. But after recharging it I got only 90 days. for that I called to to the customer care booked a complaint in which I got the response that it was a limited period offer.
