My name is Qamar Tavawala. i have been a customer with Airtel since 2012.

I have been incorrectly charged Rs85 every month for VAS on my broadband. I have never opted for it and I have just realised this charge is on my Bill since more than a year. I have called them last month and raised a complaint again this month and they told me the VAS would be cancelled and also processed...

I recharged for 379 rupees pack with a Rs.50 coupon applied to it making the amount Rs. 329. The amount has been deducted from the bank but my mobile number wasn't recharged.

The transaction summary for this in my bank account's statement is as follows

SIM card deactivation Complaint

My Airtel number got deactivated with no prior notice. Can't contact customer care operator because nowadays it's just full of advertisements and no option can be found to talk to the operator. I use the number in my workplace and I want it to be activated urgently....

Inability to make a call or receive one

For some reason i was not able to make calls from my phone. So I walked into a nearby airtel store where I was told that the card was old and hence they replaced my card. It did not solve the problem. The guy in shop fiddled with my handset and he could not do anything. I went to another store, however he could not figure it out as well. The issue is my new sim works in other phone, but not in my phone. At the same time my phone accepts another...

I have recharged my mobile number through debit card for Rs.48 on 28th Oct 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference Number[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Airtel Junction box installed without our permission

Dear sir, i wish to bring your notice that there is an airtel broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge as I wasn't residing there. Please note we are constructing the house and am unable to construct compound wall Please do the needful to remove the airtel junction box. We recently met your staff and informed about the issue but they were not helpful and asked us to lodge a complaint....

Recharge not reflecting but money debited

Recharge for ₹49 done through paytm and the reference number is[protected] . Money got debited and transaction successful but not reflecting..please resolve this...

Missed call alert not working

Missed Call Alert is not working for more than a Month. 5 times i have complained to Customer Care & . Each time while speaking with Customer Care officer, they commit that problem will be solved within next 48 hrs or their technical people will call me. So far, nothing happend and still i'm facing the same problem.

Plz explain me wats the use of complaint booking?? Will it get solved or not? Or, to whom should i contact?...

No response from backend team for the complaint raised.

We have raised complaint on 30th of July stating that we dont have proper network and no access to internet.And more over we have 300 plus gb data left in our account and they are saying through ivr that all my data has been consumed.They are closing the complaint which we raised with out our consent and without solving our problem.And since 2 and half months the same issue is being repeated.please kindly go through my problem and resolve...

I am neelam i have purchased a car last year vehicle no. CHO1BZ3081.
I purchased a fastag through AIRTEL, but that was not working, Now i am trying to purchase a new fastag and its showing blacklisted by npci. Its my humble request to you to remove from blacklist. So that i can purchase a new fastag please kindly do the needful.
