I have got connection with Air tel from 17th Oct 2006 onwards. Alongwith my connection I was provided an Instruments [Model no FWP Telluler] but within six month time I have frequently facing problem with Instrument as battery was not lasting for long . I have been requestd the company many times . also I approched the Airtel company in Santhome at Chennai office . They directed me to West mambalam,Chennai service center. Where I was told...

I have been receiving calls for payments for fixed broadband connection provided by airtel. The consumer to whom the broadband has been provided has given my number as their contact point. Inspite of providing & informing Airtel legal department & customer service that I do not possess any kind of broadband with Airtel & to properly have this record updated but till date this has not been resolved.

I am a subscriber of airtel broadband service and have been an active user of the same for over couple of years. I have been facing some customer support problem / negligence since June'09. I have been requesting for Wi-Fi modem since June'09 and have been told time and again that wi-fi modem is out stock. I lost a lot of balance because of that. sir, ihave a lifetime airtel connection from ap statei m roaming in gujarat and i wentfor a recharge of talktime
i asked the dealer to charge rs.100 talktime and he did but the message sent didnot give any talktime balance but instead it said that i had to avail some hellotunes worth rs.90 instead subsequently i had recharge afurther rs110 and finally get rs90 talktime on my no.

I am using yours airtel prepaid sim from last 5 years, i am satisfied with yours service but last few months i am lot suffer from my no.([protected]) is always found out of range or not reachable or directly disconnected because of this i loss my connectivity with my concern people and also loss of opportunity related to my works. and costumer care executive is also not connect. pls check it as soon as possible...

There is a cricket sms service activated on my moblile No [protected]. This service was not activated by me but a daily charge of Rs 5 is deducted from my balance. Inspite of many complaints to customer care the service is not deactivated by the company.

But after visiting website there is no response from other side and saying go through airtellive to unsbscribe bollywood fusion.
