Poor Service on Product

I have got connection with Air tel from 17th Oct 2006 onwards. Alongwith my connection I was provided an Instruments [Model no FWP Telluler] but within six month time I have frequently facing problem with Instrument as battery was not lasting for long . Broadband provided to wrong address without phone verification

I have been receiving calls for payments for fixed broadband connection provided by airtel. The consumer to whom the broadband has been provided has given my number as their contact point. Inspite of providing & informing Airtel legal department & customer service that I do not possess any kind of broadband with Airtel & to properly have this record updated but till date this has not been resolved.

i had subscribed to airtel hello tune from the movie ghagini, kaise mujhe tum milgayee since last 15 days and suddenly all of sudden without any confirmation nor prior intimation my hello tune was changed to airtel hello tune.i received an sms from airtel on 6780 stating that my hello tune has been changed free of cost.but i had not made a request to change my hello tune. but even then my hello tune was changed.

Not providing wi-fi modem and not changing my rate plan

I am a subscriber of airtel broadband service and have been an active user of the same for over couple of years. I have been facing some customer support problem / negligence since June'09. I have been requesting for Wi-Fi modem since June'09 and have been told time and again that wi-fi modem is out stock. I have also been assured that the modem will be changed whenever the new stock comes up. I have been calling up every 15 days...

SET TOP BOX DEFECT

My set top box of Airtel Didital TV is not working now.I have purchase it just before three months. I complained several times to customer care.But till now they dindnot take any initiative regarding this matter.Set top box is within gurratne period.Within few months remote is also not working partially.I do not know how much month i have to wait....

Poor Service

I have taken 12 airtel landlines out of it 2 are coinbox landlines.I Have given request for change of oneIndia plan on 14th september,2009 to one executive whose name is Nagesh.He told me that the plan will be changed from 23rd of this month but even on 24th also the ploan has not been changed.
When I complained about this issue to call centre they have given a false statement stating it has been activated ON 23rd itself and one...

EDGE got activated without my permission

I have an Airtel Prepaid connection and my number is [protected]. Recently, the EGDE or GPRS has been activated without any prior notice. I did not apply for activation. I lost a lot of balance because of that. I request an airtel customer care executive to contact me on [protected], as i took out the [protected] sim card from my phone as it keeps on using the internet, decreasing my balance. I will be waiting for the call....

sir, ihave a lifetime airtel connection from ap statei m roaming in gujarat and i wentfor a recharge of talktime
i asked the dealer to charge rs.100 talktime and he did but the message sent didnot give any talktime balance but instead it said that i had to avail some hellotunes worth rs.90 instead subsequently i had recharge afurther rs110 and finally get rs90 talktime on my no.

SMS PACKS

There is a cricket sms service activated on my moblile No [protected]. This service was not activated by me but a daily charge of Rs 5 is deducted from my balance. Inspite of many complaints to customer care the service is not deactivated by the company.

I had airtel broad band connection[protected] from approximately June 2006 to somewhere in 2008.For first I used to get the bills correctly and I paid them without fail. But after one and one year I changed the house and updated the address to respective department. They shifted the connection also.
