billed Rs 21000/- for ISD roaming

Sir,
AIrtel is running a racket with other service providers. I was charged abnormal amount of Rs 21000/- for 5 days spent in South Africa. Besides, the the outgoing service was stopped without sending me a bill I had to pay the amount to airtel to get the service.
The customer service is a very very unhelpful and not at all consumer friendly. I have moved to BSNL now.

AirTel service Shucks
Since November I'm running behind 198 service with loads of complaints and tracking one on one as my full time project.

Few of my issues are

Unexpected Deduction of balance

I opened the airtel live page, where the browsing is totally free, and i got an sms from 64611010 saying "Thanks for using Value Pack Service on Airtel WAP .You have been charged Rs.10.Enjoy http://gofun.in"
I dont know from where this came and what to do with this and i got no help from Airtel Customer Care .They are saying that they cant give any information on this.This is really unfair....

Miss call Alert - Not reachable message when you say 'Busy'

I've opted for Missed Call Alert (MCA) in Airtel. But now whenever I press busy button on my phone it gaves the caller a 'Not reachable' message, Plus I'll get a Missed call alert as SMS.

When complained at Airtel Customer Care, they says there's no other option than unsubscribing MCA!!

I cannot tell anyone that I'm busy! How stupid Airtel!!!...

Regular practice to add undue charges in bill

Dear Concerned,

This is to draw your kind attention towards the poor service provided by Airtel mobile. It has become their regular practice to add un-necessary charges in the mobile bill. I have recd no call/sms from airtel about the same but without any consent given by me they add Rs. 60 for 180 mins free local @60 scheme, twice or thrice in the same bill.

Incorrect Bill Charges

I have been using Airtel postpaid connection for more than a year and after every month or two, I was charged unnecessarily Clip Charges of Rs. 50. I raised many complaints in this regard, but nobody cared.
For past four months, I am being charged at a different rate plan. I have been raising complaints/ sending emails to them everyday since Feb., 2009 and infact I have a long list of complaint nos. which nobody bothered to resolve....
