I have done my recharge through airtel thanks app of rs 149 on dated[protected] time 1:50 but only a message was sent from airtel that "your airtel mobile is not recharged successful we will refund the money in 7 working days."but still the amount is not refunded on my account. Refund the money....

Sim swap - High Priority

The retail store of airtel are making me run everyday from one store to another since two weeks and after 3 sim swap attempts the sim does not register to service the rep at store tells me everything was successful but from backend they have some "problem" which they do not know of??

sim swap grievance

It's been 2 weeks i've been running from one airtel store to another to get my sim swap in this pandemic, and after all the procedures my sim does not get registered to the network and the retail store always say "sir please buy another sim and try again" i e totally bought 3 sim cards and this problem does not go away, they say everything is right but from back end issue is there now someone tell me what the hell am i supposed to do when...

Pathetic service of airtel

Mr Mittal,
This is for bringing you to notice that your Airtel customers including me, are so frustrated to your company airtel dth service as I always pay 1000 on time for dth so that we family can enjoy to watch various serials but your company service and customer care doesn’t care about your customers and we couldn’t see a serials from past 5 days as it is showing weather condition error.

I had recharge my airtel no. [protected] online with an amount of rs.449 from bharti airtel web site itself on 29.06.2020 and payment made successfully by my bank account through net banking but my said no. Not recharge neither deducted amount not return to my bank account. Payment reference is [protected]igaiwflaq3.
Kindly do the needful as due to prevailing situation due to covid-19 my financial condition is not good.

I have already registered a complaint regarding amount deduction. I was about to recharge my prepaid pack through airtel thanks app, amount was deducted from my sbi account but recharge was not done. The complaint status shows that it is been notified to the service provider and said amount will be refunded within 7 days. But till today i did not receive the refunded amount.

i'm complaining about mnp

Since airtel isn't providing good network i wanted to port my number to idea, but i'm unable to generate upc each time i send sms i receive an text stating
Upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
I have tried to resolve the issue with airtel representative of my city and by contact ing customer support too.br...

Recharge had done been initiated

I recharge my account yesterday (I. E., 2nd july 2020) of rs399 (Truly unlimited pack). The amount had been deducted but thr recharge had not been initiated yet.

I request the airtel services to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

(17.35 pm) through bhim upi, using my icici account, for rs.598, the transaction id sent was[protected]. Eventhough, today is 3rd july 12.25 pm, my wife's mobile has been recharged by them. Eventhough i tried airtel customer number many times, there was no response. airtel secure claim rejection by airtel

I have insured my iphone x using airtel secure to get peace of mind

On june 28th, my handset fell from my hand and its screen broke. I immediately raised a request on airtel secure and uploaded all the necessary documents required, after 2 days time, i was informed that this claim is rejected as it is considered mishandling and is not covered under accidental damage.

This is extremely frustrating to me and airtel...
