unable to register my sim

Unable to register my airtel prepaid sim.

Mobile number [protected]

It was working until last week but suddenly is it not working.

Some time the signal is coming after enabling and disabling aeroplan mode but with in minute again getting some blocked symbol.

Especially when i am enabled the mobile data then immediately the signal gone even i cannot make a call

money deducted but recharge failed

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through axis bank app for rs. 399 on 8th april 2020 and money deducted with transaction reference no [axmob/mbr/p5qc81r25546]. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Please refund my money..

recharge not reflected

My name is mohd danish and i am an airtel user ([protected]) as on 16th april, 2020 i made a recharge of rs 558/- with discount of rs 40/- and just paid 508/- only as the amount was deducted from my account but today is 23rd april and the recharge is not reflecting on my mobile number. Due to an emergency i made a second new recharge of same amount and the second one is reflecting in my account on the place of 558/- i paid 508+508= 1016 rs....

getting calls from+4044.

I am getting call from an unknown no. "+4044" from last two days.When I receive the no one speak from another side and simultaneously my internet get off when I attend the call of that particular number although I use internet from my other son card....

I am fed up with airtel. I am resident of jammu. I want to but airtel xstream fiber as only 2g services are working here. I have booked it several times but airtel local team continuously says that the dp box nearest to my home is 150 metres and it should be between 100 metres. I have requested them several times to install a dp box near my house but no response came. I even agreed to pay for the extra wiring. But they aren't willing to help....

reg recharge done from airtel thanks app

I have recharged my mobile no [protected] with 598 on 19th april 2020 from airtel thanks app which the sim activated on the same day. But the amount was not reflecting in my account. So i have again recharged 297 from the dealer.
Now what about 598 which the amount deducted from my card and i was trying to reach your customer care due to covid19 no one is responding.
Please try to solve this...

So i was offered a data pack of RS 249(now Rs 298) with REDMI Note 8 Pro which packs 4GB of daily data. For the first Month the data pack worth recharging but from the next month only 2GB was working with decent speed and the rest of the data (2GB)
Was downgraded with the speed of only 64KBPS
I called the Airtel customer care seriver every month for about 30-40 times but every time they give some useless tips that doesn't work,...

airtel xstream

My Airtel setup box ID is [protected].
I took airtel xstream connection in March 2020 at house no. 20, Minar Road, Karnal. Before and at the time of installation I was told by the representatives that I am entitled to Zee5 app for free for one year. However no such service has been given. Customer care team is least helpful. Either they do not receive the call or they tell that senior/boss will talk. Then they make us to wait for 20-30...

Right now 22 april i have done recharge of 180 the amount is deducated but i did not got any messages of recharge not even internet is working these happens earlier also.

signal stop working suddenly

Respected sir,
My sim stop working suddenly while using mobile. I have reinserted sim several times and tried to insert sim in other mobile but showing no signal. I thought it's network issue in the area so i spoke to my neighbour about the network problem but he told he is recieving full network. I'm not able to communicate with airtel customer care on 121 or 111 both number are showing wrong. I have raised a mail on mail id [protected]@ng....

airtel amount deducted but recharge failed

I tried to recharge my data pack yesterday (21/04/2020) but the recharge failed and the amount was deducted. Until now, the recharge hasn't been successful. I tried contacting the Airtel customer care services but there was no response. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible....

I had never faced such type of problem ever from last two days my Airtel sim is showing no service and emergency call only I can't even call the customer service care 121 nor 198 to sort out or make a conversation to sort out the problem I request to fix the problem ASAP or give some helpful suggestions to fix it....

Raised a complaint on 18th with broadband not working. The resolution time was 22nd on the call. I get a message the next day which is 19th that the engineer visit will visit. This did not happen until eod even after call follow ups.

I waited until today 22nd considering the pandemic to get another message that it is delayed until 29th. Is this a joke? They don't realize that i won't be getting paid if my internet is not working....
