regarding main balance deduction

My complaint here is why airtel is forcefully deducting rs. 45 from my balance and do the recharge, if a customer wants to recharge he/she will do it their own. Why the hell airtel is doing it forcefully.

This is unacceptable. Please take an action against airtel....

issue relating to portability

Sir actually i ported my number from airtel postpaid to jio and from past few days my services have been turned off i was told that my earlier dues of postpaid were not cleared i have cleared my dues and its been 72 hrs still my services have not been activated.

no service in airtel sim

I am sneha using airtel no. [protected]. My sim is showing no service from two days. I am using ios mobile. I have done everything to resolve the problem but it is still there. I don't know what happened with airtel. Please let me know the problem or if you are resolving it if not then i think i will change the network. no internet from 3 days

airtel karnataka first time recharge or frc is not working in my airtel number

I fixed an appointment online and personally went on 22 jan 2020 to the local airtel shop as instructed and handed over a request to terminate my father's landline/broadband account. This is because he has passed away and i do not live in chennai and so have no reason to continue with the connection. disturbing by call

Since months i am getting continuous calls from a number that is [protected]. Whenever i receive the call, the caller does not speak but surrounding noise is clear. It means someone intentionally is trying to disturb me. It is just annoying to get so many calls. When i call the number to know who actually is doing this, that time i am blocked. missed call alert activation

This is the complaint against airtel service. Continuosly i am calling the customer care to activate missed call alert on my number and they everytime tell to wait for the message but instead of activating they tell to wait for the message and it's been a month waiting for the activation message but there is no response. What's the problem?

volte issue

It's been 3 weeks since the day i started complaining about the services that i am not being able to use volte on my phone...
Ive already tried a different airtel sim card in my phone volte works just fine.
The customer service isn't really helping me out in this. I have raised a complaint on this and for some reason it's kept on hold.
Please look into the issue and get it rectified soon....

I have a recharge issue

I have 1 day left for my unlimited pack and i recharged one day before and this service is counting the recharge on the same day i recharged, still my pack is left for 1 day.. They are not even providing there customer service... No customer service available.. They don't even provide network properly... Calls get disconnected while speaking and internet is the worst to use...

network signal issue since last 7 years

I am using Airtel since 2009. Since 2013 I am regularly complaining Airtel to rectify the signal issue in my area hear Ayappa Nagar, K R Puram. Several time customer care executives had taken my complain and given me reference number, but post that no action on these issue. Today I called airtel customer care and complain the same, but funny part still they are telling me the same scripted answer, they are working and they will rectify soon....

airtel issue with network and xstream app

I am using airtel service and i am unable to use xstream app now!! I have re-charged my no on 11 feb 2020, but still getting messages to recharge, even after 3 days!! I have called up customer care and spoke to zisha who claims to be floor supervisor! She refused to take complaint and claimed that she has resolved the issue!!
