I need call record from 01/02/2015 to 11/03/2016 for mobile number [protected] which i urgently need to submit for an enquiry, and also all sms. I need both incoming and outgoing calls with duration. I need it urgently to submit the call record statement to the concerned enquiry personals and also to assist an enquiry and to trace the callers who all made calls during these period...

This is the worst network iam facing for long time so many time i have raised the complaint even this people there are not responding they promice it will be solve soon the issue, but always they lie and fool to public, they just want money, beggars
The will not give the value of money what v give them this is just disappointment, v r not so luck who not even experience good mobile communications network, while text this comment, so...

My registered airtel land line number[protected] has not been working along with the broadband by airtel. I have registered many complaints to airtel customer care, to no avail.
Along with not providing the service of the broadband, which is causing and has caused immense trouble to me and my family, airtel has the tenacity to charge me for the days that the broadband is not working....

I am using airtel postpaid connection from last 4 years the post paid number is - [protected].

I am facing the network connectivity issue from the service provider which is airtel. I have also raised many timed complaints on airtel customer care as well as their app this issue.

Above mentioned issue facing from last 1.6 years but still they have not taken any action on it.br...

Airtel is showing no service for the past two days just after i have recharged it. This is the second time this has happened. I get no service signal after i recharge. I can’t even connect to customer care. Anyway connecting to the customer care had been a herculean task and even if you manage to get connected there is no one with horse sense there. Tried emailing, but they send an otp for account authentication which i won’t receive...

I want the rebate for all you network issue, i am not using prepaid, i am having all postpaid and paying you guys for network service, if netwok is not avilable then i should get rebate on my monthly bills

Regarding my mobile number [protected].

Rs.446 recharge has been successful on oct 4th and transid is[protected], according to the plan i should get a free 75 mins outgoing calls to india from usa, but when every i call to india amount is deducting from balance not from free call. Please can you help me on this. I spoke with customer an there is no help from them...

I would like to inform you that Airtel Digital TV has stopped Channel Food Food from last few months. But other service providers like Dish Tv, Tata Sky etc are telecasting the same. I have logged complained in their customer care. They always reply that we will solve the issue as earliest. But till date issue has not been resolved.

So please arrange to do the needful as earliest.

I'm being charged rs. 942.82 every month since july 2019, when i stopped the smartpay to deduct my airtel bill payment.

The smartpay also shows that the payment instruction has been 'deleted' still the amount gets deducted on 28th or 29th every month.

I need this payment to be stopped and refund the amount that has been deducted from july 2019 till date....

As we understand that we are living in 21st century fast track age. So shall to bring to your notice that few of the customer's facing the cellular network issues since the 1st week of october 2019. And the complaints have been raised almost everyday. And no any authorized person took any innitiative...
