I have just ported in my number to airtel from vodafone. I was told to enter the sim card and dial 59059
But after entering sim card i am not getting any network and neither i am able to call any customer care
Please help
I am being really struggling to get any network and all my banking work also has got stopped
Please let me know on what exactly needs to be done

This channel providing us bundle pack rs.233 and when we added only two channels colors and Sony sab, our monthly rental is being rs 466 but channel selection category shown for these two channels monthly rental have only 19 rupees each but they have started all channels which I have not selected. Which is too much costly for me. Please solve this...

This is for my tata docomo number ([protected]) which i carried along with me to usa as this was given for banking purposes. However, i never get any network on this number. Sir,
I have some money in my airtel payments bank.
I want to pay airtel postpaid bill with that money but every time i try to pay with airtel payments bank, the transaction is declined and message appear as 'debit facility to this account is not allowed'.
I can only recharge (Which i don't want) with this money and no other use.
For this reason i called the customer care and they told me to attach my kyc details...

Sir, i am not able to receive messages on my airtel number [protected]. Customer care is not able to solve my problem. They are saying that my call is diverted and to call *402, then i called *402 and call gets ended in 2 seconds and i checked my phone's settings, call divert is not active on my phone. Had made a complaint of a spam call from a certain number to airtel. Had received through an sms the complaint registration number and a commitment that airtel would revert on status within a week. Nothing came. When contacted, the customer service person said it was not their policy to revert on the action despite what was stated in the sms.

I had ported my number from bsnl to airtel. Today I got a confirmation message saying my number is ready for activation. Dial 59059 and activate. But call gets disconnected immediately after dialing 59059. Poor network. It shows network and says not registered on network.....

I had 6400+ balance in my mobile account and today i recharged my mobile number with 998 on airtel app, but unfortunately due to some error 6000+ got deducted from my account. Then i contacted customer care and they said it got recharged 6 times due to some error. Please look in to the error and add my balance back to my account.. I recharged my prepaid number on 20th September, 19, I got SMS that my request of recharge has been initiated and in evening my money got deducted but I didn't receive any confirmation SMS of my recharge is successful. I need the money back and plus my recharge to be done. I had done my recharge through the airtel app....

And every month speed issue network issue raise.
They don’t know how to resolve the customer issue.
They only want money.
They know how to make fools.
They know how to give ads on tv.

We are facing low network and internet connectivity in our whole tata steel housing complex as well as area known as khurunti and gadapur.

Three times feedback and information given to the airtel network team via customer care from contact number [protected] but still problem exists.

All the times customer care executive reply that 4g connectivity in your area was best but in actual practice we are not able to...

On 20th sept 2019, i have made a transaction in airtel money app to electricity bill amount to ₹899. I have done the transaction no using upi. A confirmation message received from airtel told the success of transaction but neither money has added to my wallet nor y bill get paid.
The mobile linked to my wallet is [protected] transaction no[protected]. Kindly, refund my money.

Dear sir am unhappy with airtel services [protected]... My life time component discount of 300 got disconnected when I changed the Plan.. I asked them to activate 649 plan they didn't activate... I am not getting my refund from airtel digital tv. It's been 10 days everyday airtel says they will check with the concern team and let us know about our refund. But nobody reverts back. Very very disappointed with their services. They had changed my plan without informing that's why i had to discontinue their services as they were not ready to cooperate....

I want to register a complaint against a vodaphone mobile tower installation in the residential complex on building ram murti shukla resident of e-2/606, m. C. D school road, forth pusta, sonia vihar, delhi-110090. There is radiation hazard by it because they fixed it in residential area.
The mobile tower is installed in residential area and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed.br...

I've been Airtel user for more than 10 years now. 6 months ago I moved to Harlur Road in Bengaluru. The network connectivity is very poor here. Data speed is 0.1mbps and on call constant voice breakage. I've complained multiple times over customer care. But only answer I seem to get is we need time. So I would request you to kindly take action on this. And FYI other network connectivity is also poor here. So there is a business opportunity...
